I've been a software engineer over 25 years now. And this sort of music helps my mind stay focused in the thick of the complicated stuff I have to work with. THANK YOU for creating these! I used to search for stuff like this and spent a LOT of time trying out new tunes. It's nice to not have to search so hard anymore. THANK YOU, THANK YOU
What type of music genre is this? It really helps me while coding. I've tried to listen to meditation music, it works but not as good as this playlist :)
I am not a programmer, blogger nor any of the professions stated in this video's description. I am but a humble teacher and I find this music soothing and relaxing while sitting in behind my desk, in front of my computer, and either grading student tests or browsing the internet for suitable material that I could use for my lessons. Thank you.
how everyone think programmers do coding: *calm relaxing inspirational music at night* how is it really going when you constantly meet deadlines: *aggressive metal dubstep trips 37 hours per day*
Mate, that used to be me! Oh, the good ol' days of coding listening to Metallica and Iron Maiden, while drinking beer... Now, chillstep and camomile tea.
To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸 ( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :) )
I'm completing boring google cloud training videos and labs. Thanks to the music, I can focus more and enjoy the task. Each lab takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour and a half. I could even do house cleaning without worrying too much about anything.
I do 3D modeling/texturing as a hobby and just love listening to this music while creating. Clears the mind and just takes you deep into your thoughts and imagination
That sounds so nice. I was into 3D modeling but then began to work as programmer and i have no longer time or will to sit at my desk after work but miss those times learning blender making cool blob monsters lol
I'd love if this mixes were able to put on Spotify so I can enjoy them at the office. Exactly the kind of thing an IT pro wants to listen to while digging through tickets and solving issues.
Thanks for such a great music. I am a researcher and needs hours of studying and writing research papers. This music not only keeps me awake but also blends with the mood and surrounding. Much love.
This is one of the best mixes I've listened to so far. It blended in so well in the backgroudn, but still helped me be so much more productive than I usually am. When I finished I closed my laptop and only then did I notice the music disappeared. Again, best mix yet!
Great mix. Thank you. The track titles, time, and order are incorrect in some places (especially starting with the third track). Here is the correct order and time stamps: 00:00 Cotchi 2 - Transcendence 02:39 Lion Forest, Fao Ledjero - Homecoming 06:25 Nomyn - Moonlight 10:15 Dawncall - Fighting Back 13:46 Oscuro - I Should Have Been 17:21 Maltex - Reverie 19:06 Runafield - What If 20:54 Zeitfall - Adrift 23:15 Runafield - What If 28:17 Direct, Finding Hope - Falling Into Place 32:33 Azaleh - Endeavour 35:54 Twisted Psykie - Don't Let Go 40:35 Oscuro - My Weakness VIP 44:07 Vaeros - Vast Expanses 47:09 Redology - Reassurance 50:22 Ento, Nomyn - Oubli 54:49 Marion - Falling Down 59:00 Ecepta - Flora 1:02:49 Samuke - The Star 1:05:54 Niteline - Behind The Mountains
50:25 is literally "The Sinners Cure" intro by David Crowder. This literally made me lose focus and look up both songs and play them at the same time. Whoever wrote it knew the original.
Hey stranger.... We'll probably never meet but : Take a deep breathe and let your anxiety dissolve, clean your mind. You deserve happiness. May you and your family spend a great time in this life.
These playlist instantly put me in a good mood and vibe. Able to focus, feel good and get some creative juice flowing. Feels good to get things done while vibin' out to a good tune in the background! Also love how you guys incorporate the focused people at work in the video. So cool and inspiring to see a realistic approach of how it really is when your'e getting after it lol. Best thus far! Thanks for delivering.
Interesting. I couldn't pull off a night of coding to it either, but that's because something about the beat is jarring and distracting; it sets me on edge. I'd be better off with silence. For an all-nighter, give me Two Steps From Hell and Audiomachine (plus plenty of caffeine).
Almost like a dance over the keyboard. I type in a similar way, a self acquired skill around the age of six. Still do it today and achieve a high WPM. Even participated in a ten finger typing course, but it was frustrating experience, because it's also about getting rid of the old experience.
I saved this for my future PhD discrete mathematical modeling class that I will start in few month there is going to be extreme amount of R coding involved.
Not sure what keeps me up late at night. A few years ago I got freaked out on Facebook. Something happened that sort of scared me so now I stay up through the night.
I was got yawning in 1 min of listening this, maybe it's really for night. What about The Day Code music? Lamb Of God's old music helps me to extreme code at any time, but not for long - for about 3-4 hours, and gets annoying for some days))
What makes you stay up late at night?
Deep thoughts…about so many things
Deadlines.
Learning English
My subconscious thinking about bugs.
trying to learn to code

Me with a deadline looming: okay.. 90's gangsta rap it is

For me drum n bass does the trick, but I get your point, and it's a fair point :p
Death metal in earbuds, tons of coffee that it's starting to flow in my veins, and full concentration ♥
16 hour days/nights modding for fallout 4..glad i found some decent tunes to keep me company...

Top notch visuals. Astonishing (apart from the guy typing on laptop who has clearly no idea how to do ten finger typing.. :-))
