  • I have shared the full day meal which will be helpful for all housewives and working women.The dishes i have shared will serves for 2 to 3 members.

    PACHAIPAYARU DOSA :
    Green moong dal : 1/2 cup
    Brown channa : 1/2 cup
    Raw rice : 1/2 cup
    Idly Rice :1 cup
    urad dal : less thaan 1/4 cup
    COCONUT CHUTNEY :
    Grated Coconut : 1 cup
    Roasted Gram : 1/4 cup
    Ginger : 1 small piece
    Green chilli : 3
    Coriander leaves : small amount
    Salt as per required.
    RADDISH SAMBAR :
    Toor dal : 1 cup
    asafoetida : 1 tsp
    turmeric powder :1/2 tsp
    Salt as per required
    Refined oil
    Raddish : 2
    small onion : 10
    tomato : 1 medium sized
    Green Chilli : 2
    Sambar Powder : 2 tsp
    Thalipu vadagam : 1 tsp
    Tamarind : 1 lemon sized
    CARROT PODIMAS :
    Carrot : 3 medium sized
    onions : 1 small sized
    curry leaves - 1 strip
    Green Chilli : 2
    Salt as per required
    POTATO VARUVAL:
    Potato : 2 Large sized
    turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
    Chilli powder: 1 r 2 tsp
    Salt as per required
    Coconut oil / Refined oil
    curry leaves : 1 strip
    fennel seeds : 1 tsp
    garlic cloves : 4
    CHAPATHI:
    Wheat flour: 2 cup
    salt as per required
    Water : 1 cup
    Oil as per required
    EMPTY SALNA:
    Refined oil : 1 tsp
    cloves : 2
    cardomom : 2
    cinnamon small sticks : 2
    bay leaf : 1 small size.
    kalpasi : 1 small size
    Onion : 2 medium sized
    Tomato : 2 medium sized
    Garlic cloves : 6
    Ginger : 3
    Green Chilli : 2
    Chilli powder : 1 tsp
    Coriander powder : 2 tsp
    turmeric powder: 1/ 2 tsp
    Salt as per required
    Coconut: 4 small pieces
    kasa kasa : 1 tsp.
    Fennel seeds : 1 tsp
    jeera : 1/2 tsp.
    cashews : 2 to 3
    Cardomom : 1
    Mint leaves : small amount (9 -10 leaves)
