Roasted Gram : 1/4 cup

Green chilli : 3
Coriander leaves : small amount
Salt as per required.
RADDISH SAMBAR :
Toor dal : 1 cup
asafoetida : 1 tsp
turmeric powder :1/2 tsp
Salt as per required
Refined oil
Raddish : 2
small onion : 10
tomato : 1 medium sized
Green Chilli : 2
Sambar Powder : 2 tsp
Thalipu vadagam : 1 tsp
Tamarind : 1 lemon sized
CARROT PODIMAS :
Carrot : 3 medium sized
onions : 1 small sized
curry leaves - 1 strip
Green Chilli : 2
Salt as per required
POTATO VARUVAL:
Potato : 2 Large sized
turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder: 1 r 2 tsp
Salt as per required
Coconut oil / Refined oil

CHAPATHI:
Wheat flour: 2 cup
salt as per required
Water : 1 cup

EMPTY SALNA:

cinnamon small sticks : 2
bay leaf : 1 small size.
kalpasi : 1 small size
Onion : 2 medium sized
