    10 to 15 cloves Garlic
    1/2 Cup Potato
    1/2 Cup Carrot
    1/2 Cup Beans
    1/4 cup Peas
    4 to 5 pieces Drumstick
    2-inch Ginger
    3 Green Chillies
    1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
    1/2 cup Moong Dal
    Salt, to taste
    2 cups thick Coconut milk
    3 cups diluted coconut milk
    2 tablespoons Lime Juice
    Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnish
