The Darth Vader in meditation chamber is pretty cool, too. I have that and a complete 1978 Darth Vader figure. I also have the cinema scene Vader with Jedi Luke and Palpatine.
You should make a voting website so all fans can vote for their favorite Vader 3.75 figure. Then we can show the results to Hasbro to shame them for their failure in recent product.
Great video, loved this as Darth Vader is my favorite character. There has been good vader figures and bad vader figures lol. My favorite has to be the 3.75" black series Darth Vader from ROTS. The Sculpt on the helmet was awesome and the articulation was premium. Still need a bunch of these, I'd really like to get the Battle damaged vader and a few others that are out there.

2005 ROTS Vader was my first Vader figure I bought I believe.
Your first Darth Vader was as well my first one too, I remember that it came in the blue box from the Clone Wars because it was when they had this kind of game with the dice and the representative card.
i have the return of the jedi vader with removeble helmet but when i was a kid i sticked helmet to his head and i wanet to see how it looks detaild thank god i founded this video : )

I have another version of the POTF Darth Vader, with removable cape and normal posture. You don't need the Force when you're rocking those GUNS!
your first Darth Vader was also my first Darth Vader! mine has a broken leg and arm (were glued back on), so it’s a sad looking figure now.

The Black Series Empire Darth Vader is definitely the best Vader figure, but if you're looking for the best A New Hope Vader, the 30th Anniversary A New Hope Vader is the one to get. I was hoping to see him on the list, but I know it's literally impossible to get every Darth Vader ever. Great video!

my parents have some vintage Star wars including Darth vader in the loft somewhere and theirs one on top of the roof from the late 90s belonging to my brother i threw him up their and he went in the guttering and is still their far as a know lol poor old Darth vader
My favorite Darth Vader figure of all time is the Disney Premium Elite series Darth Vader. It is by far the best looking Darth Vader figure I have seen throughout the years. It's a really good looking figure, almost like a discount hot toys figure. I suggest you check it out for yourself! :)
I got it recently, it's alright, certainly not my favorite. I struggle to get it in poses I want and the proportions are a bit off. I prefer the 40th Black Series figure. The premium is still good though.

Nice! I had them all at one time or another---even still have the exclusive Vader that came with the escape the death star board game---that battle damaged vader is still a favorite--just wish they could make a figure that good now--haha--good stuff my friend---thanks for sharing
+maddwoba Yeah, seems like Hasbro isn't lowering their figure prices even though the price of oil has gone down, damn shame, but the figure market's pricing isn't nearly as flexible as gasoline. But it's shocking to think that we're paying $10 more per 3.75" figure than when they started nowadays.

Nice line up man! I think I have 4 or 5 of these. Also 2 of the 6in Vaders I have.. Yeah removable helmets on Vader is a catch22. It's hard to get the angles and margins perfect on such a small scale. I still think TVC helmet is better than the 6in helmet. Great vid man!
My favourite Darth Vader figure is one you don't show: it's the 'Ghost Vader' from 'The Empire Strikes Back' - it has a removable head, and the mask comes off, to reveal Luke Skywalker's dead, staring face. It's eerie, and I love it.

I already have it, it sure is badass! Didn't include it in this considering this is the general evolution of Vader. Thinking about it now, probably should have shown it first!

Oh, that's not the POTJ one I show in the video, that's a later Saga Collection release. I didn't know there was a glow in the dark one though, I need to track that down!
I had the hasbro one from the 90s. He sits on my sisters shelf at home but he has no sword or cape.

There's 4 Darth Vader figures I'd recommend to you that I didn't see here which I think you'd agree are very good if you can get them.
1. Star wars POTF Darth Vader removable helmet/detachable hand and freeze frame slide - this was the best 90s Darth Vader and holds up very well next to the new cause of how excellent the paint job was and how it looks.
2. Special edition 500th Darth Vader - Darth Vader in his iconic regeneration dome we see in empire strikes back with his armour matching his episode 5 appearance...the figure is also removable from the dome as posable articulated figure and holds the lightsaber quite nicely if you can slide the hilt under his fingers.
3. 30th anniversary #16 a new hope Darth Vader - which has an appearance in looks between ROTS/TFU and a new hope and has a removable helmet to reveal a young Anakin and comes with a stand that is shaped into obi wan's cloak after he became one with the force.
4. 30th anniversary #28 concept Darth Vader - based on Ralph McQuarrie's first concept art designs for how the star wars character originally looked this is a very interesting Darth Vader figure and almost brings back some old memories and nostalgia of being a child and knowing the character for the first time and how terrifying he was...this figure has two changeable heads/helmets with different looks and a darkish pale blue lightsaber and a heavy blaster pistol 0_o
I guess these are my more a less top faves alongside the battle damage/2012 vc115 emperor's wrath/2006 sage collection 013 hoth Vader and finally the ROTS target exclusive lava reflection.
Funny enough I already had 2 and 4 when I made this video, it's the same as the one I talk about at 6:40 but I kept it in the box. I didn't show the concept one because it's not a traditional Darth Vader.
And 1 and 3 I ended up getting after I filmed this video!

This was just the 3.75" Darth Vaders so I didn't show that. It's an alright figure, a nice toy but not really a collectible. It has 7POA, it can move its wrists.
