It's pretty simple. You run up one side of the dock to the turnaround point, head back, run up the other side to the next turnaround, head back to the start area and then there's one final turnaround before the home straight. Marshals are in all the key areas. Great route and fast
The route might be flat. I still doesn't look like how I would imagine the fastest parkrun in the UK. Dulwich might have a few meters more elevation. But it still looks faster to me. Perhaps some of you insiders can explain if it really is the fastest?
That route!!! Thats a must for me, looks great!! But was it me or did the route look quite confusing? I didn't see many marshals at key points?
