I don't seem to have the parts that are being attached at 2:45. Am I missing something?

Hi Stephanie, that part of video shows how to attach front magnetic feet. If you didn't select optional magnetic feet during checkout your PiBurn will have standard low profile feet. Instructions for that is shown @1:30
