I've been at every one of them since the 25th. MAJOR points for 2 seconds of video of the mind-blowing rainbow of light that was projected over Disneyland the night of the 30th birthday in 1985. It spanned the entire sky from behind Fantasyland to behind the Train Station in Town Square and was the most amazing thing Disneyland has ever done. I've never been able to find so much as a photograph of it, so this 2 seconds of video, at 4:15, really thrilled me.
I was 3 years old during the 50th anniversary and I was there the first day of the anniversary when it was closed to the general public. I also have so much merchandise from the 50th that my mom bought. In my opinion the 50th was the best celebration yet! Remember dreams come true and the parade of dreams are in my opinion the best firework show and parade. I also attended the 60th anniversary 24 hour event which was extremely packed. I couldn’t even go inside Disneyland and the bag check line was all the way at ESPN zone in dtd. The 60th was also a great celebration that I’ll never forget.
35 th Anniversary was probably my favorite. That parade was a lot of fun and the most engaging for the crowd. Also they did a series of TV specials to celebrate that were fun. Like a Cheers episode, a Tony Danza and guests tv spot, and Ernest Rides Splash Mountain. The tv shows helped make the anniversary feel like a big deal.
I have vivid and magical memories of the 45th, 50th, and 60th anniversaries. I was in the parade in the 45th Anniversary Parade, adored the magical 50th facade, and the 60th was my first Disneyland anniversary as an adult attendant. I best be there for their 100th!
I worked the 60th anniversary, and it was seriously 15 of the best months of my life. I still watch the shows on UA-cam and cry every time. I can’t wait to see Paint the Night again in DCA in a few weeks!
I went finally to Disneyland 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration in November. I mean it was Beautiful. But mostly to Dedicate this Trip to my Mom And Dad. May they rest in peace. Recording memories of the days we went to DCA and Disneyland. And making way of the New Parade Of Night time magic and imagination, with millions of dazzling lights, and astounding DJ. Muscial Sounds. The Paint the Night Electro Parade. It was Very very beautiful. I was so happy to celebrate there 60th anniversary. It's was Dream Come true.. next stop PixerFest. Thank you.
I remember going to the 45th, 50th, and 60th anniversaries! But I think the 50th was my favorite. I must have watched that Steve Martin special a million times!
I got to be in the parade in 2000. It was great. We wore tutus, learned a dance, and did the parade with the hippos. Was a very magical experience. We were even given an exclusive pin.
I was at Disneyland during the 35 years. I was little and could barely remember a float from the Party Gras parade. My family had annual passes during the 45 year celebration in 2000, and we witnessed a lot of the festivities; and I was there on July 17, 2005 for the 50th birthday. Celebrities were there for a ceremony and I had to get there early in the morning to wait in line at DCA. It was a very crowded and hot day. Unfortunately because of that I didn't have a great time and went home early, but I'm still glad I was there to witness it, and I have my golden mickey mouse ears to prove it. :-)
I’m 19 & I was able to exerience the 50th and 60th! I have so much nostolgia for Parade of Dreams!! One of my favorites! And the 60th, that was magical!! I definitely can’t wait to experience the 70th!
I was at Disneyland during the 60th Anniversary. It was really cool to see the Hatbox Ghost, the Paint the Night parade, and especially the new World of Color!
My family was at Disneyland in 1995 during the 40th, but I don't remember much of it. I did go for the 60th and cried watching World of Color Celebrate and Paint the night as I hadn't been to the parks in over 18 years.
I got to experience the 60th Anniversary at Disneyland, and it was also my 1st time there and it was fantastic!!! I was at Disney World's 20th, but I vaguely remember it....although I seem to recall there was a car sitting outside the entrance at the Magic Kingdom-might have been a giveaway....can't wait for WDW's 50th, because I'm going to celebrate turning 50 as well!💗💗💗💗
I was present for the 60th anniversary and I have the pins and Mouse ear hat to prove it! Walt Disney World was the park I grew up with though so I was present for it's 20 anniversary and every single one since then! I'll definitely be there for the 50th of Walt Disney World! I can't wait!
Amazing video!!! My Dads First visit was Ironically Disneylands 35th (july 17th), my mom and dad were both at disneyland for the 40th, I was at Disneyland for the 50th (july 17th) and 60th!!! Can't Wait for the 70th, 80th, 90th and 100th!!!
My family and I went for a big trip in '05 without knowing my grandparents booked our trip for the day of the 50th anniversary. It was amazing 😍 truly everything Disney is and I think the moment I fell completely in love with Disneyland
I didn't attend the 50th anniversary , but in the LA Times they sent 50th anniversary posters and I still have mine to this day hanging up in my bedroom. I did attend the park during the 60th anniversary and very well remember the diamond decorations.
I was there on Christmas Eve for the 60th anniversary and even with all of the crowds I had an incredible time! I can't wait for paint the night to come back, it was brilliant!
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS THIS ONE IS GREAT! I was at the 50th but I don’t remember anything. I was also at the 60th and it was amazing. I was in so much awe at Disneyland, the decorations, and Mr. Disney himself.
Amazing Channel !!! The facts and attention to detail are incredibly thorough. Absolutely love the graphics and production quality of every episode. Top-notch.
I was around for 35 Years of Magic, 40 Years of Adventure, Happiest Homecoming on Earth and the Diamond Celebration. 55th only had some merchandise that sold too well for not being celebrated, but we were there on July 15th with everyone parkwide singing Happy Birthday to the park.
12 dislikes are the salty haters Cmon this was definitely a great video to see what happened throughout the past anniversaries of the park How can one dislike this 🤨🤷🏻♂️🙄 Anyway thanks for sharing this awesome video 👍👍👍😉✌🏼👏🏼
I have the 45th, 50th and 60th under my belt! The 60th was my favorite because I went three times during it and they were all amazing trips and I much prefer wearing the deep blue versus the gold lol. I also have done the 40th and 45th for WDW and we plan to go for their 50th too!
Great video. I was there on May 5, 2005 and July 17, 2005 ( we spent the night in DCA trying to sleep in line before Disneyland opened on the seventeenth).
Yessss this was such an awesome video!!! Like always I applaud all your hard work and effort because every video with the animations, narrations, video clips, etc. turns out amazing. Thanks for the great content!
I remember going for the 50th anniversary. I still have my 50th Anniversary logo pin, and my golden Mickey ears got crushed and is missing one ear (I was 7, I didn't realize how valuable those ears were). I also remember looking for all those hidden Mickeys, and the Golden ride vehicles.
I miss the wounderful world of Disney I wish they bring it back on TV i remember the 30 the anvinversy it was on wonderful of Disney show it had Michael Jackson and Nicole's from 8 is anoth show
I was hoping they would do a repeat of the 50th anniversary celebration for Disneyland's 60th celebration by decorating one of each opening day attraction's vehicle in diamonds, which is the only reason why they shouldn't get rid of Autopia.
I've never been to one of- wait. In December 2002, they had Walt's 100th Birthday anniversary, didn't they??? I went during that month for my first time to Disney WORLD though, not Disneyland. I remember my dad went through hell and high water to get me BOTH pin versions of the Partners Statue. I still have them. My favorite is the Cast Member-only gold plated pin.
The first one I was alive for was the 40th (I was born in late November the year before) but the first one I have concrete memories of is the 50th which will always be my favorite. The 60th was ok (I love the Hatbox Ghost) but the castle looked awful and hurt my eyes to look at.
My mom has a sweatshirt from the 40th Anniversary! It said 40 Years of Adventure, with Mickey dressed like Indiana Jones :) She still wears it occasionally. She also went to Disneyland for the 35th, while she was pregnant with me lol, so I feel like I was sort of there! I honestly don't remember much from the 40th, but I do remember insisting I was tall enough to go on Indiana Jones, when I wasn't. I had to wait two extra years for that. I went three times to the park during the 50th, and let's just say I don't live close to Anaheim! That was my favorite year for sure!
I was at the 25th Anniversary it cost $12.00. Got there at midnight left at sunrise to pick up my niece stayed until they kicked us out. I couldn't walk for days afterwards.
I've been at every one of them since the 25th. MAJOR points for 2 seconds of video of the mind-blowing rainbow of light that was projected over Disneyland the night of the 30th birthday in 1985. 50th anniversary and the few years after where some of the best memories I’ve had at the parks. Wish I could relive those years.
I remember going to the 45th, 50th, and 60th anniversaries! But I think the 50th was my favorite. I must have watched that Steve Martin special a million times!
You forgot... A previously "halted" show was brought back to CA Adventure for the Diamond!
I got to be in the parade in 2000. It was great. We wore tutus, learned a dance, and did the parade with the hippos. Was a very magical experience. We were even given an exclusive pin.

nice. The 50th anniversary was the last time I ever been. I was 5 years old at the time. The best of times. Still with me to this day.
I’m 19 & I was able to exerience the 50th and 60th! I have so much nostolgia for Parade of Dreams!! One of my favorites! And the 60th, that was magical!! I definitely can’t wait to experience the 70th!

My first trip to Disneyland was during the 50th anniversary!!! I hope I’ll be able to live to see the 100th 😁
I was born on Disneyland’s 30th anniversary! My dad got to experience all of these anniversaries!
I was there for the 50th and 60th anniversary celebrations, they were both so amazing to experience.
My family was at Disneyland in 1995 during the 40th, but I don't remember much of it. I did go for the 60th and cried watching World of Color Celebrate and Paint the night as I hadn't been to the parks in over 18 years.

My family and I went for a big trip in '05 without knowing my grandparents booked our trip for the day of the 50th anniversary. It was amazing 😍 truly everything Disney is and I think the moment I fell completely in love with Disneyland
Roses are red, violets are blue, I like Disneyland, and I hope you do too. Epic vid as always!
I didn't attend the 50th anniversary , but in the LA Times they sent 50th anniversary posters and I still have mine to this day hanging up in my bedroom. I did attend the park during the 60th anniversary and very well remember the diamond decorations.
I'm lucky to have gone to Disney World's 25th Anniversary and Disneyland's 50th and 60th Anniversaries !!

I bin to the 50th anniversary down in Walt Disney World back in 2006. It was during the independent day weekend and it was awesome😁
I was there on Christmas Eve for the 60th anniversary and even with all of the crowds I had an incredible time! I can't wait for paint the night to come back, it was brilliant!
Only got to experience the 60th but it was a fun ride. Former CM and I loved working my parade and fireworks shifts, crazy time but great memories :D
I remember the special from the 1980s and wanting to go to Disneyland just because of that special.
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS THIS ONE IS GREAT! I was at the 50th but I don’t remember anything. I was also at the 60th and it was amazing. I was in so much awe at Disneyland, the decorations, and Mr. Disney himself.

I had my first visit on Disney Land 60th, it was fun
I bet the 2 dislikes are from people that have never been to the park on an anniversary!
Or DW fans
I've never seen a anniversary of disneyland but I didn't hate
Larry Marquez yeah probably Walt Disney World fans because the parks don’t kind of do things for their anniversaries
I remember the 50th, it was the funnest out of them all
I CRIED AT THOSE 60th ANNIVERSARY FIREWORKS
I remember 50th anniversary. Still have the golden ride pins/50th logo pin and the soundtrack.

Omg it's kremit!!!
When you say “On Parade” I think of the Pink Elephants
Cool =D
Imagine knowing you were the first person to enter Disneyland. That must be so amazing. I wonder if they get special perks or something.
So I wonder will there be a 65th or 70th or will they wait til 75
Disney will never do a giveaway like 30th ever again
My mom has a sweatshirt from the 40th Anniversary! It said 40 Years of Adventure, with Mickey dressed like Indiana Jones :) She still wears it occasionally. I’m wondering what they are going to do with the 70th Anniversary of Disneyland? Maybe a Emerald Celebration?
