Hello Jos,
A lovely and timeless work. Colors, light and shadows are exemplary. Best of luck with your exhibition in Holland!
Hi Jim, thnx! Will get back to you tomorrow when I'm back in the studio...
Wonderfull. ❤️
as always..........................
Great work, I think always your most recent painting is your best, but you is always good to a surprise. I was wondering about the textures on the apples at the beginning and thinking it was something weird with my monitor...😆thank you for sharing!
hmm no i think its just roughly layed in paint...
I had to jump ahead to see what the edge of the table looked like. I apparently need structure.
Hi Linda, yes I agree, I think it is better to work all over the painting at the same time. But I was afraid the apple part would dry too quickly, and I wanted to paint them wet into wet. As it turns out, the entire painting was wet long enough. Even now, it is still drying...
Υπέροχο! Oil?
Yes! I use only Old Holland oil paints...
@@josvanrΥπέροχο, Ευχαριστώ!🍎🍎🍎🍏🍏🍏
How many days do these usually take to complete?
I think this one took 2 weeks....
Great painting!! What concert are you hearing?
Hi Violeta, thnx! Oh I'm not sure about the numbers but I think these fragments are from Bach's French Suites and the Wohl Temperiertes Klavier.
Impeccable technique, beautiful painting. How many sessions? What color pallete did you use?
thnx! I think I worked on it for 7 days, letting it rest in the freezer over night, to prevent drying. The total amount of footage was 28 hours so...
What concert is it, please? Great painting!!
Bach. French Suite No.4 in E flat major
