WIP ShipStudio FreeCAD 1.0 Testing Offset Data Reader

Testing the enhanced offset data reader, now including the 4 sided surface patch generator that lies on the points. Convenient if I am not sure which one I should take. The final hull or the patch and later trim to my needs.
I added also some curves tools not available in Curves WB, but I need it to build a hull. So I create those. Some generic surface patch tools that can be attached to points that can be dragged around with the transform tool available in FreeCAD. Well, we never use push pull surface method defining a hull or a supertstructure, always using lines, circles, splines. But it is fun to have it around.
Again, Freecad is more than capapable to do yachts and ships, if you want to.
I also want to try another theme for FreeCAD.
