Social Media Influencers are responsible to tell truth to people and not make statements. Tuning the car was to Educate my people to learn and understand more about what tuning is. If tuners like Harmonixx are ignorant over customers be in conversation or treatment that must be known to people as well. There are so many Kannadigas watching to know, learn, understand and get it done. May be they are students right now or working when they are educated about the process they get into the passion. Sadly the response like I said in the video had to be true.
I have screenshot of the conversation above as well. Hope Harmonixx treats every car guy with passion without looking at what car they own.

We clearly mentioned that if you just want to get the car checked thoroughly, you could swing by the same day & our team would be there to check the car and certify if it's mod worthy, to which YOU denied.
We even mentioned to you that we could tune the car for you on the same day.
We get 100s of enquiries everyday. People who really want to get their cars tuned, actually drive down to the workshop & begin their tuning process.
Your First line is enough to show people the Negative attitude and arrogance which Harmonixx Tuning goes by try being Humans first.

reiterating again : Tuning was to EDUCATE my audience about the process. They are priority.
Sorry to say but there are 1000s of us small car owners, who want to understand the process then go ahead with tuning.
