For the 3/4 OZ trap I use a Dobyns champion 735CB. It has the composite right for pulling the weeds off the trap when scrubbing grass. It has a slower tip to allow the fish to stay buttoned. I set a little hard but it was because most bites I had were at the end of the cast and that set up can throw it pretty well. I fished both days. Saturday was such a tough day.
Yeah. We were fortunate that the fish but Saturday early. Left the spot around noon and played in the waves for 3 hours!
