Все построено на пустынном песке. К каждому саженцу подведен капельный полив. Страна без природных ресурсов экспортирует продукцию по всему миру, в том числе и сельхоз. До карантина была минимальная безработица. Дети в Израиле -- привелегилированный класс.
I guess it's all about personal preference. Some people prefer quiet, clean, new neighbourhoods like this one. Other people prefer older, busier neighbourhoods with lots of character and streetlife. My preference is for older and busier places. It's nice that Israel offers many lifestyle choices. Beautiful walking tour!
I think the same.
And probably it depends in which area we grew up.

حى نتانيا الجديد حيآ يدل على مدى تحضر اسرىئيل وإهتمامها بالحاضر كإ هتمامها بالماضى القديم وهذا يدل على البقاء وليس الفنآء كما يزعم الحآلمين الجهلاء .

Really ugly buildings. Soulless boxes, no warmth. Too tall. I like the original part of Netanya better, more character. I don't really recognize Netanya anymore. Been a long while since I was there. Interesting video though.
If you don't like the buildings don't look. I suppose you don't have tall buildings where you live,
