Wonderfully relaxing! I never even knew what this asmr stuff was!! I did know watching certain things did relax me but never knew of this until recently I ran across a live video of a girl doing weird noises with her mouth etc and I thought she was crazy then I seen in the comments someone said it’s asmr so I had to dive into that and I’m glad I did now I have to listen to this every night before literally passing out soundly asleep!! Glad I found these videos thank you very much!!🙏
To be honest, there are soooo many good asmrtists out there. But it's a shame that it's highly sexualised because it helps so many people with anxiety, relaxation, or insomnia!
