This show presents reality and factual information upfront. I honestly grew with the show. It wasn't just a show to watch for fun, but I find that it changed how I perceive a lot of things such as social detox, depression, runaway brides, pain, acceptance, fear and much more. I'm grateful to the writers because they could easily have chosen for the story to end as a dream. One episode left I hope things clear up.
The scene that begins at minute 14 and ends at minute 14 and 52 seconds is a beautiful and charming example of the way we fight for the love we feel and the way the family accepts love as it is: the union of two hearts, no colors, no religion, no gender...just beautiful and true feeling ❤❤❤

They returned a day later to take responsibility for their actions and face the consequences. I would sooner eat a brick before I ever apologized to people who'd take advantage of me when I'm vulnerable and prioritize their happiness over mine regarding my life.
I get what you are saying. The seriese also points to the fact that we live in societies where we all need to take responsibility, say what we think and feel, and not be afraid to say NO to what we know will harm us. Kim should have told her Mom she did not want to marry Marwin, or that she was not ready as she was not in love. He on the other hand was selfish, but that is what and how society has over time demanded of a boy child, that he will find a girl and marry her - she will live what you do for her not that you love her.

The seriese also points to the fact that we live in societies where we all need to take responsibility, say what we think and feel, and not be afraid to say NO to what we know will harm us. Kim should have told her Mom she did not want to marry Marwin, or that she was not ready as she was not in love.
He on the other hand was selfish, but that is what and how society has over time demanded of a boy child, that he will find a girl and marry her - she will live what you do for her not that you love her.
