The water would only be considered "flat" if it were once carbonated. For what it's worth, there are a lot of dissolved gassed in ocean water, but not enough carbonation to produce fizz. There you go Stick. I helped.
@@toasterhothead3312 *you're. As you can see, I did say that there are dissolved gasses in the ocean so I'm not wrong about that. The average amount of dissolved carbon dioxide in the ocean is roughly 30 milligrams/liter. The average dissolved CO2 in a carbonated drink is 6-8 grams/liter (or 6000-8000mg/L), which is over 200 times that of the ocean. Therefore a carbonated drink would very much be considered flat if the dissolved CO2 fell to that of the ocean.

Conspiracy Theories? Here's one for ya Bo. According to Nasa's seismometers that were on the moon at the time the Apollo 12 lunar module's ascent stage crashed back onto the moon, the Moon itself 'rang like a bell' for almost a full hour from the impact (the ripples from the impact moved through the moon multiple times), this lead to speculation that the moon is somehow hollow.
