Playing in the Mess hall at Fort Knox, KY. I was attending Basic/11D1-OSUT training, from August - November 1976. After 35 years, I still enjoy this song as is the case with most of the work of Abba.
This is a SUPER duper Group OF the 70's and was apart of The BEST that Disco Had to Offer. Songs like "I have a Dream", "Fernando", "Does Your Mother Know" and "Take a Chance on Me". Are so unpretentious, decent, and fun that no one could write or sing stuff like that anymore. ABBA, generally being a POP Disco group, still never contented to be creating Black Music. He used to bring me little stuff so I could remember him, and the last gift He gave me was a compact disc from ABBA and he told me that He thought of me when He listened to the song Chiquitita. Now I live in another country and I don't know what has became of him. He was the greatest uncle.
