Naww because Rose has always said Trevor just comes in towards the end of most fight camps and provides gameplans. Rose always credited Pat as her head coach
Pat was a terrible fighter and he is a terrible coach. Whitman probably gave Rose a ultimatim that he will only coach her if its on his own!!
Huge red flag, he was the only one giving her good advice last fight she threw her title away while pat was telling her everything was going according to plan

its a MASSIVE red flag. rose should box amanda's head off going by skills. but with rose its always so much of mind state thing as well. and not having trevor in there with her just cannot be a good sign of where her mind is.
I think Pat is manipulating Rose against Trevor. Watch the last fight and pat's coaching. She deserves better I think

@@Horvat04 This may be right for unranked fighters. But not having Trevor, a coach of UFC world champions, in your corner will be a disadvantage. Forget just the gameplan and training, his presents will make a difference.
Something is off here, I think Trevor is no longer her coach. We'll see after the fight this weekend.

Pat Berry sucks as a coach and if that wasn't enough she's her boyfriend so not lucid. Definitely the worst decision possible for from her!
Rose clearly is not making her own decisions, she's being manipulated.
Why change? Everything was going great.
Thug Rose: this is the fighter who beat the two most fearsome competitors in women's MMA, Zhang Weili and Joanna Jędrzejczyk, beat them not once but twice each, back-to-back each. The only way she could lose to Carla Esparza was to not fight, right? Just don't contest it. Not even the champ is going to win if they refuse to fight. And that, my friends, is exactly what she did, and exactly the outcome we had. For reasons of her own - whatever they might have been, it's a mystery - she threw the fight. Then she moved up a weight class and legit lost to Manon Fiorot.
For a while now it's seemed as though Rose is ambivalent about continuing inside the octagon. It seems as though she has simply moved beyond it. Not having her coach in her corner for this fight is for me a red flag. I hope I'm wrong but I think she is going to lose this fight and retire. It kind of seems like the writing is on the wall. If so, it will be a sad finish for what is arguably the truest martial arts practitioner in MMA, Thug Rose.
It happens, as people age things change both physically and mentally. She's in a combat sport that you have to be a killa and it seems she lost that instinct, hence when she said no longer wanted to hurt anyone. We shall see shortly! Enjoy the fight and good post.

She's a two time champion. She's had pat in her corner the whole time. She had one truly poor performance in the ufc and all of a sudden people acted like none of her previous wins ever occurred and her coaching has been garbage her entire career. People blow this out of proportion. She's talented enough to win regardless of who is or isn't in her corner regardless.

Fight still happening. Biggest mistake ever. She's got half the speed. Half the aggression. It's like she regressed to amateur Rose. Pat has ruined her career entirely. His corner advice is absolutely horrendous. My 10 year old has better input on what she needs to do. Time to retire Rose. And you're my all time favorite female fighter. To give up Trevor is beyond stupid. That was pats decision 1000%..
Rose is not in a good mental space, i can see it on her face. On paper she should honestly run through Amanda but with Rose being fragile mentally idk.
Sense a lot of anxiety from her, don’t trust her and pat’s gameplan and mental fortitude especially without Trevor, and Ribas is a lunatic who’s hungry

I don't even see her breaking top 5 regardless if she wanted to actually be a two time champ or not, this isn't sw and the girls is much bigger and stronger. She's not used to fighting girls this big.
