You can make to which ever size you need. I made this to a 1/12 double bed size. 👍
Full size mattress in real life is 75 inches long and 54 inches wide. 75 inches is 6 feet (72") plus 3 inches (1/4 " in mini 1:12 scale). So the length for mattress is 6 1/4 inches. The width of 54" is 4.5 feet or 4 1/2 inches. Your bed frame may be larger to go around it, adding room for headboards and footboard etc
First time watching this video, no supply list given anywhere. No dimensions given. Video says how to make a bed, but no instructions just her making a bed. I’m not if this youtuber expects everyone to know what she is doing and how how she is doing this. Not subscribing because I’m sorry I don’t read minds lol.
