- I am very happy to be able to get a PR at Worlds Round 1! But at the same time, I am pretty frustrated with the amount of lockups on this average and look to work on that in the future. This was an amazing competition. Thank you to all the competitors and organizers. The next World Championship will be at Seattle, Washington in 2025.

That first solve was looking pretty insane but that lockup on A Perm kills me 💀
Just don't understand why the top guys are using Gans since they lock up like that more than other cubes from experience. Look at how much Yiheng fumbles on his Gans.
@@jettyung2389 to be fair in this instance it wasn't really the cube but the funky right-index push he was trying to do in order to get a U' out but his finger slipped/missed, easy way to avoid that is for him to switch to pink/ring D2 instead of ring/middle, which would free up his left index finger for a proper U' :P
@@jettyung2389 have you seen the yiheng's wr average? you think he has lockups? he fumbled in worlds just because of nerves not because the gan cube.

I’m also in Hawaii, and it’s mainly just Maui. Matty lives on Hawaii island/big island, so he is fine. There were some small fires on Hawaii island, but on the other side.
