One of Americas finest ! The academy awards should give Oscars out to people like the Bernard’s. They are true blue Americans. Hard working, great morals, values above and beyond, plus they are damn funny. God bless this family.
They don’t get much better than Meredith and her family. I just wish more people had the same perspective and attitude towards this topic as she does. Hope you all are having a wonderful day!🇺🇸🦌
Agreed! I think more people will have this perspective if they knew more about hunting. One way to do that is to share Meredith's story and to really continue to tell the truth about hunting and hunters.
Have watched her videos for over a year. This family, this lady…… always a smile, such a positive attitude no matter what is thrown their way. Overcomes obstacles with a smile and laughter. Here you’ll find a missing part of today. Strong family values. Families can learn a lot from her and her family. I am truly glad I found here channel. Has bought back so many memories of my youth and our farm. Thank you bringing her and her family to lite. Hopefully it will inspire others.
The old saying "Teach your children to hunt and you will never have to hunt for your children" is true. The many lessons learned from a well trained or guided child-hunter will be valuable throughout their life whether they continue to hunt as an adult or not. You go girl!!!
I hunted with Family on Family Land as a child, Pheasant, Geese, Ducks...beautiful memories and learning respect for Farmers, land, firearms, etc. Meredith and her family are so Great. I wish we all could live and work their lifestyle. The world would be a much better place.
Excellent, excellent video. I always enjoy every one of your videos. The way you express and show your love and care for everyone. I seriously have absolute respect for you and all of your family. As I have said often before, I wish I could visit and spend hours or days talking with y'all. May God keep blessing all of you.
Well stated about hunting and about farm life. Y'all are true to the family farm. There are some who looked like they're dressed for a funeral. Those aren't farmers. Those are city folks who bought a farm and now have a UA-cam channel. Big difference between you're family and how y'all come across to us. Thanks to your family for sharing.
You are so correct. I never lived on a farm but I come from a farming community. Cleaning the barn after milking cows and going out putting up square bales of hay or working in tobacco fields minding fences it made you appreciate hard work respectful of farmers. I never met a better person then a farmer. The hard work, the humility, the love of land, the friendship and the humor of a farmer. It helped mold me as the man I am today. I’m thankful of working on farms after school, on summer breaks and even after working all day. I did this until I was 25 years old and I would do it all over again in I could.
Well said, well done. Thanks for speaking in support of hunting. I agree that farmers, ranchers and hunters should be the ones speaking on these subjects and lifestyles. 👏👏👏
What a beautiful family and Meredith has a heart ❤️ like no other. Works hard and has the best farm channel on UA-cam. No, best channel out there! Lawrence her husband is my idol and her kids understand their roles and are full of life and goodness! Blessings upon them ❤️🔥
Very well said ! I enjoy watching Meredith on a regular basis, and I love her content and her family. It's real content, down to earth and not fake TV. ! I truly miss our Upstate New York Homestead that we had, of course I don't miss the snow, that was quite aggravating at times. Battling snow and the farm life, got a little ticklish at times, to say the least, however I do miss it. I now reside out here in Oklahoma. And I come from a long line of farmers and hunters. And I can honestly say I respect diligently, a good hunter that has respect for where He/She is hunting at. Meaning, knowing in the direction of which they are shooting, and also getting permission to be there. ! Those two attributes right there saves a lot of aggravation. ! Keep up the good work Meredith I enjoy your program. !
I don’t hunt either but I put up about 65 pounds of venison last year. It’s part of knowing where your food comes from for me. We rent our land to also to help pay taxes and to control deer population to protect our crops.
Hi to the Bernard family from down under. Hope everyone is well and life is good. Meredith you did a fine job defending hunting . Your comments were polite, factual and set your opinion up as an enlightened truth . Animals were after all created by God for our benefit . Ranchers , cattlemen , sheep breeders and a heap more primary producers do exactly what you said . That’s is, most all of all these folk raise these animals lovingly but with the knowledge that these animals are food for us . Scriptural ,perfectly designed by the Creator . I call it blessed . Bless you guys , love your channel and I understand the kindness and love you have for each other and your stock 😀🎚
Thankyou for explaining hunting to some of these people that don't know or understand why people that live on the farm don't hunt for mostly pleasure but the meat whether it's deer, turkey, quail, prairie chicken , buffalo, moose , etc. Plus it teaches young people or adults about gun safety, that hasn't really experienced hunting. We're not all gun toting lunatics, which the extreme left thinks we are. Thanks again Meredith for sharing your knowledge to the rest of the country. Love your videos!!!!!!!! 😎😊
Thank you Larry! Please share Meredith's story as well as other content that will show that we are conservationists, husbands, wives, and great hearted people!
You did good on the interview hope you and your family have a great Easter this weekend. From Neil schwerdt in west valley city Utah. Love your hole family
My family has hunted and fished for years. We passed that down to our kids just like our parents did with us. It's a part of our family history and valuable learning lessons. Im proud to be a hunter and a fisher.
Thank you for your statement, as I feel you are very correct . In every aspect of life, it appears as tho someone else may have negative thoughts and alternatives, and not like olden times when people worked together for a common cause. I follow you on your page and enjoy every video as always concerned with nature, land, animals , family. Keep up the great job you are doing.
Great Job Meredith! You may not want to harvest an animal, yourself and that is perfectly fine. You see and realize the benefits to family and community. Have a Great Day!
I've hunted all my life and enjoy it because it gives me a chance to bond with my kids and my friends. I understand that not everyone hunts and some are militant with their point of view. Hunters should always be passionate about our past time, but also respectful to others and not do or say anything that portrays hunting in a bad way. I'm thankful for the memories of my Dad and also some of my friends that have passed away that I used to hunt with that shared the same passion for hunting that I have. Most non-hunters don't understand the connection of hunters and conservation. If it wasn't for hunters and the Pittman-Robertson Act raising money to help preserve our resources, there wouldn't be as much wildlife to watch or hunt as there is now. Hunters have been the biggest group of conservationists for a long time.
Thank you for thing your story, it somewhat mirrors my life, or at east it used to. I wish that I lived closer to you and your family, it brings back a lot of memories. You are a truly amazing woman, keep up the good work.
Just good honest words telling the story. I too am not a hunter, but i do believe it is necessary to control population. We have so many deer in Ohio also. Thank you Meredith.
I also am a non-hunter but have others who do hunt use my land. I also agree that only those who actually farm are truly qualified to tell the world of non farmers where and how the food on their table come from!!!
Have been watching Meredith for a long time she's one Amazing woman who's so smart she's an Amazing Mommy and a wonderful wife she's not afraid to get dirty day after day she left working traveling wearing dress clothes daily to now wearing her boots day after day. She's got so much going on but completes everything without leaving her number 1 people her family that's her most important thing in her life is her kids and husband have her attention. She'll drop anything that if her family needs her she's home taking care of them. I love her so much I'm in my 60's now raised my 3 daughter's as a single Mom I worked several job's to make it work I took in 5 extra kids when my kids were in middle school and high school they needed my attention to be there for them some where living in their cars some their parents weren't listening to them they almost took their lives because the parents handed them money to keep them out of their hair they had no idea how close they were to losing their child. They all got married have kids of their own they still call me Mom they are in their 40's now I'm so proud of them. I'm proud of my 3 daughter's as well. You don’t find that many strong women that works on a farm or ranch anymore but I have found a lot on UA-cam. I think that I have found at least ten just looking up women on farms and ranches. And to all you young women out there that works with your husband’s and dad’s thank you for being a mentor to other women and all ways being strong in everything
I’m a non hunter - However - i am in total support hunters it’s a way of life - Hunters do not waste and are generally Good People and a great community!
I wish ALL non hunters would listen to your story, I'm a lifelong hunter and I only harvest wildlife in which I eat. I don't believe in killing for "sport". Thank you for your story and beliefs. May God Bless you and yours.
Hello there. It's the same for every person in farming it has its risk and some times you have to diversify. Like us in the UK. We have a fuel crisis on domestic market. It has tripled in price from today. A lot of our farms will go to the wall.

The boomer generation failed to pass the rural life living along to their children. Hunting is only one segment of rural living that has suffered.
Great interview Meredith! We are long time followers. Love your family. Blessings from Morehead KY
