    Good points Chief, to my mind judge's have been trying to decide cases based on NFPA standards for years, even if they weren't adopted into local law by the municipality.

    The volunteer department needs training. I hate hearing they are volunteers. We can't make them train.

      this might be a regional problem.... there is WAY more than training in this standard. It WILL effect career departments as well
