The blood that was obviously coming out the meat ( except it's not actually blood as you clearly know mate) The blood is removed in the slaughter house and that red juice that people call blood is actually water mixed with a protein called myoglobin. To be fair most of us still call it blood (I do 😅) even though I know it's not, stupid I know 😅

Maybe you should play Northern Spanish music, which is native to Spain. Salsa is Cuban and flamenco is gypsy music, not native of Spain. They are our neighbours!

The best steak in London is the côte de boeuf at Brat in Shoreditch...easily. Sagardi is woefully underseasoned despite all the external surface salt.
