Just got back from a meat session after watching this last night. Shame I had to pack up earlier to school pick up. Absolutely bagging. Cheers Jay lad. ❤
How many cans of luncheon meat would you use for a days fishing in commercial? Looks like you loose feed very regularly so assume you use 2/3 tins? Thanks
@@hishaamadam1460 I've fished lake 5 a few times, the one day i had a ghostie on about 8lb with my pole, took about half hour to land it, don't know how it didn't break me. My elastic maxed out at least twice or so it seemed. What's the biggest you've had from lake 5?
@@cns180784 probably around 15lb. Fish it out till evening with a method in the margins (the pegs around 5 near the trees produce particularly large ‘uns)
@@hishaamadam1460 I rarely feeder fish now mostly just carp fishing. If I feeder fish now it's mostly on either one of two big natural lakes that have big Bream in.
Is there anyway of making meat float . I want to use it as a wafter type of bait on the method . I only use pellet shape meat as I think cubed is used waaayy to much I think it stands out and act differently from cubed ... Another nicely informative video sir ... Any ideas for floating meat very welcome

Looks like lake four, had some nice doubles out of there. One was my PB for about two years.

Freezing used to do it. No idea nowadays though 🤷
No mate sorry
And there was me thinking you used B9 11 hooks all the time😉
How long hooklink was being used please?

Nice video. Unfortunately, meat is banned on most commercials nowadays. Nevertheless, it's deadly when allowed.
Where you fishing?
Where are you fishing?
@@Harvey109 The north west of England. Places like Hall Lane banned meat years ago. Many other nearby match venues also don't allow meat.
I used to love Hall Lane but he's too strict now sadly.
Wobbly carp 😅
Don’t worry about skimmers mate. They’re not the best fish to catch. They offer no sport at all due to their lack of fighting.
Tight lines though
Guessing you don't match fish then
@@barratt5795 no mate just pleasure. I didn’t mean any disrespect with my comment.
@@TonyChurch112 their good sport if you fish light instead of using carp gear
In match fishing a good fight isn't ideal. Trying to land as much as possible in 5 hours. So they prefer bream to carp as carp pull to hard.
