    Hahaha, We don't "run" the kite, we stand opposite of the wind (let your back feel the wind), then hold your kite high up, let the wind lift the kite away from you, you will feel the momentum of the wind from the string and you pull in a bit by bit to create the momentum and the wind will help the kite to flow away. You just need to pull a bit each time when you feel the momentum weaken and slowly releasing the string. I have good laugh because you are using your running speed to form the wind and not using the natural wind. Anyway, good try and I really enjoy the video.

      That's what i'm going to tell out🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍.... one more thing.... bakawali not bakalawi... but the local man is confius among bakawali and patawali/petawali. The right name is petawali (seruntun).
      Bakawali = ornamental flower.
      Petawali = herb.
      Anyway you bright up my day🤣

    Seeing Steve running ahead of the kite made me laughed out loud. Meeting a giant turtle in a broad daylight is not a usual event- you must have the luck or charm. I remember in the 1980s, my travel group had to be woken up in the middle of the night to see the leathery turtle laying eggs by Cherating Beach. Nice watching you enjoying yourselves.

    Cherating is a long stretch of beach. The one I'd usually chill at when in cherating is the beach in front of Pak Itam chalet, located in between legend beach resort cherating and holiday villa, few kilometres south of the main beach. You guys should check the place out. Much quieter there.
    Also do check out chendor beach, just few kilometres north of cherating. Less than 10 minutes by car.

    Kite flying is easier with two person doing it. One person to hold the kite upright, the other hold the string the other end to snatch it upwards. You have to face the wind off course and the string needs to be released longer so when the kite starts to lift off it will reach high enough where the wind is stronger. Lift off is one step, keeping it in the air is another technique.

    It takes some skills to fly the kite. Not easy but once you get the hang of it and the kite finally went up, it is very exciting and very enjoyable to control it up in the air. Once I got my kite up and the higher it went, the stronger the wind up there until my line got snapped but it was worth every moment until its gone.

    My first love of beach is Teluk Cempedak and stretching to Cherating beach and almost to Kuala Trengganu !! Miles & miles of very very fine white sandy beaches! Maybe it is about 20 or 30 miles long !!! The East Coast beaches of Malaysia are so beautiful and you don't need to go foreign country to find one! There are some reasonable price of small chalets alongside of Cherating Beach area ! I used to overnight in those Chalets (purposely made an overnight stopover to rest) during 1980s while on my business trip to Kota Bahru. Even right now I am still dreaming about it in the dream..."The Most Beautiful beaches in the world !!!"

In 20 years, they'd become new township dotted with beautiful bungalows and gardens. Most have been elevated socially and economically, some even better than gated community in town. Pahang have the most Felda settlement. Check that out.

    Patawali root is used to treat various health problems traditionally. Studies in petri dishes and on rats show that patawali root extract has the potential to be studied to find a new cure for the disease. Part of this study was conducted by several research groups in Malaysia.
    The chemical compounds higenamine and boratiposide A-C for example, show the activity of treating diseases with different mechanisms. If we take extracts that contain these chemical compounds without standardization, these chemical compounds can have different effects on individuals.
    For this reason, studies on herbs are done by identifying active chemical compounds, and these chemical compounds are reproduced in bulk through biotechnology as well as chemical synthesis for further study. This is because the nurse can identify the reaction of each active ingredient of the drug. This is because the biochemical problems that lead to diabetes are not the same between one patient and another.
    There is a phase three clinical study conducted on higenamine, a chemical compound found in patawali root trees.
    Please listen carefully to the tips and always listen to the advice of the treating doctor. There are no herbs to prevent diabetes if you drink a jug of pull tea every day. So, hopefully useful.

      When the wind is strong enough, one person can do. Otherwise it's two person, just to hold the kite in correct position before launch. You must run fast at first. Once kite is up in the air, you have to control it to make sure it won't fall down
