My favorite part of Emma Swan is that she had such a miserable life, filled with loneliness and betrayal. Neal is, unfortunately, a major part of that. But she overcame her hostility and bitterness and her relationship with Killian is the fruit of that. While this song called to me because of Emma, you can see her relationships in the verses.

Cool! One of the main things I loved about this show is how they handled this "love triangle"...all of the characters really liked each other and there wasn't the clear "he's bad" or "he's good". In fact, most would think it was Emma that who started Hook on his path to the light...but it was really Baelfire. When Emma told Hook that Henry's father was Neal/Baelfire, that is the moment when Hook realized he had to do right by Bae since he made the mistake of giving him to the Lost Boys in the past. He realized then he couldn't do that to Henry, Bae's boy and thus we saw him come back after stealing the magic bean. I honestly think he was initially just attracted to Emma and it wasn't until they kissed on the island that he realized she may be more to him than just another female conquest. In any case, this was a cool video and thanks for indulging my musings. I have just thought about this today so that's why it's spilling out here now. :-)
