One thing in this one I kind of noticed and was hoping that you would demonstrate was how to get rid of the light on the left side of her face and her back. It sort of looks like an unnatural lighting on thge side of her face and back. Will you or have you covered this?

Found this tutorial amazing! But there's something that concerns me: I've noticed that the girl have highlights in both of her sides, while the background casts only one source of light. How would you correct this?

Why is it that everytime I "crtl + d" after coverting the subject into a smart object, there's no square thingy popping up instead it keeps saying it needs to be rastrerized and can't be edited. I'm hoping you'll answer me. I love your videos btw

Hello. Why do we have to open the subject and background pictures as separate files first? I usually create a new file that's the size I want, drag the subject from the folder directly into the first layer and remove the background. Then I add another layer and drag the background picture there (still directly from the folder where it's saved). Does it make a difference? Thanks. :-)

I am trying to use the method for a subject that was not shot on a white/plain background. For the hair selection part, because of the contrast in the background, I am not getting a selection limited to the subject. Is there a way to make it happen with a non-plain background?

12:30 - hold shift key and make image smaller
12:36 - shift + alt and maker image smaller
.... Is it same or does it make any difference?
it makes difference.holding just the shift key will make the image smaller,but with the alt key it makes the image small by center
cant reset the gradients in gradient map cant see photographic toning

hey please help me with this. i use photoshop cc. when i crop a photo why does the layer unlock automatically even though i dont want it to be. i want the layer to be locked when cropping unless i manually unlock it. plzzz help please....thnx.
