Beef & Tomato Macaroni Soup

Today, we are making a Hong Kong-style beef and tomato macaroni soup. This is one of the street food dishes that I will eat whenever I am in Hong Kong.
Beef marinade:
• 400g beef
• 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cornflour
• 1 egg white
Soup Ingredients:
• 250g macaroni
• 1.5 L chicken stock
• 410g can tomato puree
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 100g frozen mixed vegetables
• Few dashes of pepper
