Putrov as you can see from this video has incredible ballon and grande allegro, but was weak in the nuances of the general dance, such as pointing of the feet and the steps "in between" if you know what I mean....but the RBS was perfect for him because they put such an emphasis on detail and cleanliness. No wonder he is such a fantastic dancer today.
