I've been using Qantas WellApp since 2021 and I gained 9,222+ QFF. Linked my AMPOL Business to Safeway Everyday Rewards and shop with Safeway. I was disappointed Qantas lost contract with Caltex but I am very happy about Ampol linked Everyday Rewards. I'm waiting for Status Double Fast Tracker this year on February and March 2023.
I wouldn't think so, the home loan would be underwritten by an actual bank. I'd just be making sure that the interest rates that you're getting are competitive against what is out there in the market! I'd rather be paying less interest than accumulate qantas points!
Thank You! Should I get the maximum possible QF points out of my ANZ QF Frequent Flyer Black after already receiving the sign up bonus OR am I better off using Amex Platinum as the points ratio is 2.25? I can't math. Clearly. Thank you! @@raymondla
@@raymondla Thanks for your reply Raymond. I really like all your videos they’re very informative and precise. Can you please do a comparison video on Amex vs Citi cards in the future?
I have a question please. With the Qantas mall - if I’m buying one of those products off Qantas partner site - let’s say David jones and to purchase, I’m a using a ANZ credit card (where also I get Qantas points) so does this mean I earn double points? Thank you
Are there realistically any downsides to signing up for multiple credit cards and being an aggressive card churner? If you always paid them off and cancelled them in like a year would that effect your ability to get a loan or anything in the future? Asking as a 23 year old who has been working full-time for about 6 months and is thinking about real estate in the future. Thanks!
I’ll tell you why the frequent flyer program is a bit of a JOKE. 5000 pts = $30.50AUD before Covid-19. Now 5000 pts = $28.50AUD. What does this mean? If you want to use your points to subsidise the cost of flights you have to use a lot of points to redeem any significant saving.
Yes You put it in perspective.. however is there any rewards program that's any better? Maybe it's just me but Flybuys and Woolworths rewards started to get really stingy during covid and even worse now blaming "inflation"
This is the most valuable video I have ever seen on UA-cam. Thanks Raymond La ! Legend.
Glad it was helpful!
Took note of each tip you gave! Great video! Thanks for using your time to help others!
Glad you found the video helpful Amanda!

Glad you enjoyed the video!
Could you please talk about Qantas wine?

That's an awesome amount of QFF earned for simply going about getting your steps in and getting enough sleep!
@@raymondla Sadly I don't gain points when I sleep because I touched my phone many times. 😂
Great video, Raymond! What are your thoughts around whether to focus on accumulating QFF or Velocity points?
Hey Luke, glad you enjoyed the video. I think overall QFF is the better program as there's more ways to redeem your points
Hey Raymond, I'm thinking about getting a Qantas money home loan for the points. Is it risky to bank with an airline? Thanks

The Superhero transfer offer expires 31 Jan 2024. Wonder if they will give another similar or better offer?
Ah that's a shame, fingers crossed hopefully they will renew it!
Great video! Are you also able to post a video about Velocity points and the best use of them?
Currently in the works stay tuned for that video 🙂
Hey Raymond, what are your thoughts on Citi premier credit cards vs amex explorer card?
Hi Durga, I'd say the AMEX provides better value through its rewards programme, but the Citi Premier card is still a good choice regardless.
@@raymondla Thanks for your reply Raymond. I really like all your videos they’re very informative and precise.

Glad you're enjoying the videos! I'll definitely look into that for a future video :)
Is paying rent through a Qantas approved credit card a valid transaction?
Are you allowed to pay rent by credit card? Most rental's don't have the option
@@raymondla Yes, Ailo app has

Hi Megha, yes you should be earning double points with that method!
Another cool tip I found out is signing up for Kayo and binge, and linking with your QFF, will get you 1000 points for each
Yep that is a good tip! I actually did a new video where I talked about this tip haha - ua-cam.com/video/FmyVPzpb2MA/v-deo.html
FYI - Quandoo have stopped as of 1st April 2023.
Yeah they have unfortunately, I've made a new video recently on this very same topic!
I like to earn points from ALL (Accor Hotels), when i make hotel bookings with them i get qantas points, all i have to do is link my two accounts.
Great vid mate! Can you plz do a QFF vs Velocity FF (or EDR vs Flybuys) vid in the future? Cheers :D
Glad you enjoyed the video, will definitely look into that video in the future!

I've heard that there's a 5 credit score penalty each signup
Currently Superhero seems to be only offering 10,000 points for 10,000
Count how many hand circles he does
V good vid

I liked the part when you said, “Quantas frequent flyer points”.
The problem with BP is that you pay heaps more for your fuel so it costs you more than you get in points. BP are rip offs
Think of the logic here. 😅Would you rather fill up with BP and earn points OR fill up with Caltex and dont earn points?
@@dekbu498 if it was going to save me $10 on the fill and I miss out on $0.30 cents worth of points?? Caltex clearly. I’m not quite getting your point
Are you also doing sign language 😂
