Thank you for another excellent idea! I made one of these yesterday and my gliders love it. Instead of making the center out of a plastic ring, I rolled a flat piece of fleece to make a thick rope. I tried it in a hoop and covered it with fleece. I made it quite long so they could reach the longer pieces from the bottom of their cage. Now they use it to scale up to the very top. I plan on putting it in a garment bag to launder it, just so the longer pieces don't get tangled. Thanks again!!
I have enjoyed all your videos and great information. I am a new sugar glider mom and the tips you have offered have been exciting and simple to implement. I’ve made the bra pouch and the dream catcher~my boys love both! It’s fun to be part of your sugar glider world! Keep the videos coming!
I love this toy! Do you have an example of what you attached to the c-links on the braided pieces? Or how it looks with the charms added on the c-links?
Hi I went to Walmart and I got the diving rings for $6 and also hopscotch plastic rings for $10 and they are 11” in diameter and 10 pieces. I think I’m good for now😅. I’m making tomorrow the rings for them and also the Bra. Thank you so much to share🤗
McCse Suggies you can get anti pill fleece tins of places. Walmart (but more the fleece blankets) the fleece in the fabric section and make sure it’s anti pill. I don’t think many Joann fabric stores are open at the moment but they are the best place 🤩
Sugar Glider Diaries I ordered my fleece from Joanne fabrics online. Minimum is 2yards though and you have to wait for shipping but worth the fun patterns!
Thank you for all of your helpful, informative videos. It is greatly appreciated! I am currently making the dreamcatcher and have noticed that a lot of small bits of fluff have been coming off the anti-pill fleece while I am creating it. Will this be an issue for my two gliders when I put the dreamcatcher in the cage? I washed the fleece once before I started creating the dreamcatcher. Thanks in advance.
Im makimg a play room for my gliders could i use a hula hoop so itd be bigger? If so would the fleece be the same size and everything? So if using a hula hoop could i use ur video to help tell me how to make ot?
What size is ur hoop (dive ring) and what sizes is ur fleece strips? Im using a hula hoop and want it to look just like urs so was gonna go by ur exact measurements. My strips will be longer since hoop is bigger but knowing ur measurements will lmk what sizes mine needs to be to turn out like urs!
Marcia Silvia Johnson make sure the rings are fully covered. I would not use metal personally but if you do, keep a close eye out for rust as this can lead to uti infections in gliders.
Good point I did not think about it. I was going to do it and wash buy hand I’m going to buy the plastic. Thank you. I few stupid not thinking about that. 😱🤗

Marcia Silvia Johnson oh that’s awesome! Yes I think that should last you a long time lol.
I'm definitely doing this for my gliders, where do you get you fabric?

Kim Faircloth oh fantastic! Yes that will be worth it and you will use two yards before you know it.
Do you put this in the washer

It totally depends on the specific fleece. Most likely it will be totally fine.
Thank you.😊
Love these! I bet they do too!
Yes it is fun!
Where do you buy the rings?
Are you able to just put this in the washing machine?
Elise Richardson I just made it do I have not washed it yet. You probably could if you have a pretty full load but maybe not in the dryer.
Im makimg a play room for my gliders could i use a hula hoop so itd be bigger? If so would the fleece be the same size and everything? So if using a hula hoop could i use ur video to help tell me how to make ot?
Absolutely! You would do basically the exact same thing

Could you use hot glue to help with rough edges?
No glue is not safe to have in their cage.
What would you suggest as a diameter for the ring? I found some for 4.7inches and another that are 7inches?
Either one would work fine!
@@sugargliderdiaries I think I'm going to go with the 7 inch! Thanks!
how do you clean it?
You can put in in a garment bag and in the laundry or hand wash with dawn dish soap. Don’t hand vertical to dry but lay flat to dry
Awesome ❤️
Thank you! That means a lot coming from such a talented woman such as yourself!!
I got a 12” metal ring in the Dollar store
