Hi guys. Love hearing about your travels and the bit about yourselves. Would like to know more, like what work you do/used to do before travelling, how you are funding your trip, what you did with your house and packing to leave, how it is travelling with kids etc. people love to know all the nitty gritty bits. Keep enjoying your travels!
Another fantastic episode. Love the snorkelling shots. With everything you get up to I don't know how you find the time to put such great footage together. Well done.
Another great episode loved watching it ,did the tooth fairy catch up with Em after such a brave effort. Enjoyed the rambling helped fill in your early entry into your big lap. Thanks for sharing your of the beautiful places that you are visiting
Hey Jim! Yes, the Tooth Fairy was quite generous I believe for Em's brave effort pulling it out - what a trooper hey?! She has another wobbly one now actually that also needs to come out. Thanks for following along mate.

Truly enjoying binging on your episodes of your travels round Australia! Your advice, tips & amazing photos & videos are so well presented & interesting. Since My husband passed, my sister Irene & I want to do the big lap next year, so are putting plans down & also wanted to bring along our small dogs. Mine is very quite & clingy plus will be 11 years by then & Irene’s puppy would just over a year & hopefully a bit more settled. I love the places you get to see with your beautiful children, they are ever so sweet, brave & adventurously, so blessed to have amazing parents like you both. I realise we would find it hard to get into places were no pets allowed, including National Parks. I would love it if you could also drop some advice on your episodes to assist those that would love to travel with pet’s. We thought for us it would be easier to have a camper van instead of towing a caravan, but after seeing your advice on doing a towing course & having access with a you can see more, so we are still not decided totally which way to go. You have definitely opened our eyes to many beautiful places! Love your episodes & travels so getting back to watching your Coral Bay trip! Regards from Angeline & Irene, Perth WA 👍
Hi Angeline and Irene. Thank you for your beautiful message. As you know, we don't travel with pets, but a few tips we can give - there is a family you may want to follow called 'Vet in a van'. They are obviously pet lovers and have good vids too. Towns Travel Oz travel with their 2 dogs too, you can find them on Insta and FB. HEAPS of people travel with dogs. You can often find dog sitters at caravan parks too who look after your dogs if you want to explore places that you can't get to with them. Re campervan or caravan, The Feel Good life do a video on the pros and cons of both. You can still do a great lap and a lot of exploring in a campervan, so depends on how off-road you want to get to, and the other good thing is having the car available to drive with. But the campervan would be (I assume) easier to not have to hitch and unhitch at every place you stop. Anyway, hope that helps. You will love it no matter what you end up doing. Enjoy!
Love this episode. Love how real you guys are and show what life on the road is really like. you inspire us each episode to keep preparing for a lap 🥰🥰
Naw, thank you! What an awesome comment - we're trying to just be ourselves with the camera on, so that means a lot. Yes, keep preparing - it's amazing!

Love your episodes! Just a laid back family enjoying your lap around Australia. I love Ace's new song especially when the crab was added to the lyrics 😂
Love this episode. Loved the Quobba blowholes and surrounding area when we were there in 2013. Brings back great memories of our time on the west coast. Swimming with the whale sharks was the most amazing experience.
Great episode, It was good hearing your story. We are currently planning our lap for 2023. Funny you mentioned the fridge in car as my husband was just saying today we need a car fridge.
Hi Laura. Thanks for letting us know, we'll keep sharing our story in future episodes then :-) Some friends of ours watched the episode and said "we told you that a fridge is needed, as well as a diesel heater". Yep they were right about both. We have managed, but both would have been nice, 2023 will come around in no time. Exciting!!!
Loved the chat at the end. I always love hearing about families journeys (the good and the challenging). We are planning a lap for 2023 so its great to hear.
Hello Ebony and Danny! Yes I am finally trying to catch up. I love the blowholes! I never seen anything like that in my life. Ace is very creative with his songs. Hey guys Loving your vids Just have a comment about Danny cooking on the Weber, he needs to learn how to cook on it correctly , so that he doesn’t burn everything (Put the lid down) Cheers Paul
Hi Looks like you are all having a great time in the west. We have a question for you. We have just sold our OKA motorhome and are buying a 5.9mtr caravan we have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel. Do you have any problems towing your van?
Hi mate. We love our Jeep, we've not had any problems with it. It's very powerful and a great tow vehicle. Our van is 19.6FT and about 3T. In saying that, our Jeep model is 2019. We heard rumours that some before 2016 had some issues. But, again, that's just rumours which normally can't be trusted. We're glad they didn't stop us from getting ours. You've probably already looked at this but just check the towing capacity of the 2016 model, and also how much it can handle in total (towing weight, plus weight of the car fully loaded too). Good luck!
Hi Helen-Maree. We have been to NZ - we got engaged in Queenstown, so it holds a special place in our hearts :-) Haven't seen the blowholes at Rotorua though, will have to check them out next time!
What I loved in this episode was was Ace’s groovy song. He’s such a cutie 😊

Hey Sam! We were just thinking about you guys the other day and wondering whether you started pre-covid or were stuck in lock-down. Are you planning on leaving as soon as lock-down ends now? Yeah we'd love to catch up too - would be great to hang out :-)
@@onthewaughpath6552 we are currently waiting on council to inspect our property for our occupation certificate. As soon as that happens we should be able to start. Hopefully we will see you before the end of next year😁. Also Erika has commented on how much better the condition of your grammar hoodie is 😄
@@samcoxhead8180 that's awesome! Sounds like it's all falling into place then. LOL re the hoodie. My fav jumper.
Great vid guys! 😊
Cheers guys
Very cool vlog there, dropped a like! :)
Cheers guys!
Hey guys
Loving your vids
Just have a comment about Danny cooking on the Weber, he needs to learn how to cook on it correctly , so that he doesn’t burn everything
(Put the lid down)
Cheers Paul
Hi Paul. Haha, he doesn't burn everything, though it would seem that way from the footage! He's a pretty good cook and we like our food well done :-)
Good luck!
Hi just watched your video. Please can you send me the list of what you need to go travelling. Thanks heaps
Lorraine and Martin.
Hi Lorraine and Martin. No problems. Can you please send us an email at onthewaughpath@gmail.com and we'll reply with the list? Cheers.
Hello gorgeous team, blowholes...have you been to NZ❓particularly Rotorua😱
Hi Helen-Maree. We have been to NZ - we got engaged in Queenstown, so it holds a special place in our hearts :-) Haven't seen the blowholes at Rotorua though, will have to check them out next time!
