I like the full 2" front and 1" back lift install, for the same reason, I tow trailers other things as well. I installed the Amp Research Extreme Power Steps myself on my 2022 Trail Boss. Next week I am having this same Ready Lift kit installed.
Nice! You won’t regret it. I personally haven’t noticed any differences in the quality of ride either.
Victor I also pull trailers often and am looking at installing the same kit. Any feed back on how its going if you've towed since getting the kit installed?
I love my AMP power steps as well. But I think my wife likes them better.😂

The best color in my opinion, I also love that cherry red. But idk if Chevy makes a bad color for the Trail Boss. I may go higher in the future. If I do, it will be with a coilover kit.

did you do the 4" rc lift? ism on the fence of doing that or the 2" leveling kit on my 21 AT4...
@@Livin_Easy I did not. I definitely want to, but probably will do the BDS 4" lift rather than the RC. The steel is a bit thicker.
How is it that you were able to put the stock wheels back on there? Is it because of the tire size? I was told I'd have to upgrade, aftermarket wheels, 20's with a 0 offset or if I wanted to keep it stock I'd have to use spacers.
I haven’t had any issues with rubbing. I am going with this set up temporarily until I get new wheels and tires down the road, with an offset, for a more aggressive stance. I have other buddies on Instagram that kept the stock setup for awhile without issues as well. If it wasn’t for seeing that they could do it, I probably would have waited on my lift, until I could throw the wheels and tires on at the same time.
Great truck! Did you black out the bow tie on front or is that part of blacked out emblems all around? How'd you do it? Wrap?
Thank you! The front bow tie was found on Ebay. The Z71 fenders emblems, the grille emblem, and the Trail Boss bedside stickers are from Amazon.
With this kit from ready lift…..have you engaged 4W Auto? According to them (Readylift) they is vibration when you engage 4W Auto in the trail boss….have you experienced this? Thanks in advance.
TBH I have avoided it due to that warning, so I haven’t come across that issue.

Will it fit in the garage or does she sleep outside. And if she does fit how tall is the door clearance I’m torn between the 1.75” front lift and the 2” SST both from Ready lift
I guess it depends on how tall the garage is. It will fit, once I build mine, sometime down the road.
What about 4wheel auto? I read somewhere that you cannot engage 4w auto with SST kit….have you tried that? And have you had any issues with engaging any 4w mode???
No issues with either the 4WH or 4WL, I honestly have not attempted to use the 4WA though.

Looking to do the same kit. Read the product description and it states Auto 4Hi not recommend? Have you seen any issues with this?
I have not, I have just had it in 2 wheel drive so far. But I will definitely bring it up if I run into any issues in the future.

Any issues hitting the UCA bump stop? If I go too fast on some bumps, mine will hit metal on metal

Are there any shocks or coilovers that work with this 2” lift?
I am sure there is a coilover setup that replaces the stock 2” Trail Boss lift and also adds another 2”. I honestly didn’t look into it. I have that planned though in the future on my ZR2.
Is the 1 inch block in the back included with this kit? Sick truck man 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks man, it is included. It’s technically a 3” block, which is 1” bigger than the 2” block that comes stock with the Trail Bosses and AT4s.

How does it ride compared to stock?
I honestly don’t notice any difference at all. Especially now that I have the new wheel and tire setup. But even before that it rode great.

So far so good. Tbh, I never really used 4 auto in the first place. But all is good. We just got 10-12 inches of snow in VA this week and it handled fine switching from 2 to 4wd

One more thing looking for advice just bought the 2022 TrailBoss And I want to install the ReadyLift 2” SST lift Kit but by doing that my bumper to bumper warranty will not longer will fix future problem in my truck in case that there is one I didn’t know it and now I’m scared

@@carlosj143 thank you, I considered that as well. I actually do with all of my installs, but you should be good to retain your bumper to bumper as long as the installed part doesn’t directly cause the issue. Look up the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act.
