    Thanks Bill. Never considered up pressure on guide blocks could be an issue. Will keep an eye on that.

    Thanks for making this video. I have same mill and just ordered the new guides a few days ago. Now I know what I’m getting and things to watch for. For the price of this mill and the price of upgrade, I think Norwood could do better on some things. I jumped on the new guide system as soon as I saw it because I figured the ceramic guides were causing my wavy cut problems, based on what you described now I know I was right. Can’t wait to get them on!

    Thanks for the info. I have an hd 36 and am always fighting with wavy cuts when i'm cutting wide boards

    If I had the money I would have a woodmizer or a Cooks. There are many quirks with these Norwood machines, You get what you pay for, affordable but with issues.

      Well, my HD36v2 with full hydraulics is more expensive than a fully hydraulic LT35. So, this isn't a "cheap mill." It cost 15K in manual form, and the hydraulics are another 15k. This isn't a "Woodland Mills."
