Hello, I have a problem with my Delica 2.8 TDI, it doesn't want to shift to 4th gear in 3rd gear, I have 3000 rpm, checked switch, I suspect that there is something wrong with the throttle sensor, the bottom kick down is set to 34mm, please help

Hello, I didn't try to set the TPS potentiometers because it was set to 1.95 and it should be around 0.88 to 0.95 on closed gas, but it's impossible to set it, I went down to 1.23 and it can't go any lower and this is responsible for the correct engagement of 4th gear, so far I still don't have 4th gear
