Skiing The Massive Snowmass Resort | Campground to Two Creeks

Snowmass is one of the biggest resorts in Colorado. It used to hold the 2nd largest for many years until this season when it was beat out by Steamboat. Now sitting at the third largest Snowmass is still a beast of a mountain and the best thing about it is there is terrain for everyone, excellent groomers, terrain parks, and awesome big mountain terrain can be found here at Snowmass!

Dude, you are such a strong skier. That was a lot of crud you ripped today. I lived at Snowmass for 10 years in the 80's and it was so fun to follow you around on the mountain recognizing all of my favorite places. Thanks for the great memories.

@ Nice! I love the snow at Snowmass. I think it’s the best of the places I frequent. Sneaky’s and Whispering Jesse are my favorite trails. Or maybe Long Shot to East Branch b/c it’s the longest and not many people go to the two creeks side. Going to vail and beaver for the first time late Feb. looking forward to it

Heading out in a couple weeks for my first trip to snowmass. what was the area with several cliffs and big drops you had on there just before you went into hanging valley. like the 12 minute mark. was that cirque? or was that high alpine? something else?
