Hi.. after reading some of your comments below, I want to add here that the products I have mentioned in this video for damaged skin are something I have tested many times on my damaged skin, from painful stinging damaged skin to minor ones and these products have always worked for me. I believe that there is no point in mentioning products if they do not work and I just have to mention them for sake of mentioning affordable products. Using 2-3 good quality functional products is better than buying some products just because they are affordable and then later end up wasting money and skin by going through many useless products. From all the products I feel that a good moisturizer is very very important to heal damaged skin, this is why I have shared two moisturizers below 1000 in this video and these two moisturizers actually help with the damaged skin condition. Also regarding the PR products here, I didn't mention them just because they are PR. For instance Rovectin products I have been using for years, even before they were available in India. It's just that brand when launched in India, they reached me out for a PR and since I love their cleanser and toner so much, I happily accepted the PR. In fact, I accept PR / gifts only for products that I intend to use or are within my interest list. I honestly say no or ignore so many PR emails, because I care about your skin, my skin and things I mention on my channel.

Thank you so much for mentioning that niacinamide can be drying - I had suspected that, as I have bad reactions to hyaluronic acid as well. I was dealing with barrier related issues and my derm recommends me not to skip sunscreen while indoors even.. She prescribed a sunscreen with lower spf.. It actually made a difference..

Sis my skin barrier is damage and also I have itchy ,dry flaky,and swelling in my face since 11months I am suffering with barrier damage face iam not able to wash my face with soap also so I stopped it and using cetaphil cleanser ,lucky I saw ur channel I hope u can help me sis this all started bcoz of regular washing my face with besan and green moongdal course powder and often I was using fullers earth on my dry skin, I wasn't knowing my skin type i use to apply above mentioned things regularly , It took me months to find the problem now my face is very dry and damage what should I apply to repair the damage skin or should I consult some dermatologist pls reply 🙏

My skin was oily before but it becomes dehydrated and itchy type.. I searched out for ur videos.. and stopped all the actives like bha aha... But acne doesn't stop from coming... I stopped micellar water and switched to cleansing oil... Actually the problem if my skin is it breaks out with heavy cream like moisturizer... It needs ceramides but all the ceramide based creams r really thick and it clogged my pores... I just don't understand how to deal with it.. i try to find out sonme ingredients that broke me out... I think stearic acid is there in most of the formulas and it didn't suits me.. Can u please tell some non comedogenic yet thick moisturizer that would help me to moisturize and repair my skin barrier...
Maam i strted using Salicylic acid Cleanser in sept . Before it i used to apply adapalene gel 0.1 . And vit c ascorbyl glucoside by Ordinary and HA serum and Niacinamide serum by ordinary . And i never breakout . But now as i strted using sA cleanser in my am and pm's .my skin break outs and also after cleansing .. whn i apply Ha serum . It stings n burns my skin for secs or mins . Is it due to SA cleanser ? Did i damage my skin barrier??? Plz tell me . Which product shud i stop ( vit c, nia , ha , adapalene gel or SA cleanser ) ? And which one should i stick to ? I am very sorry for this... but affordability is a subjective term and if you are on budget try the formularx barrier cream and loreal HA serum as a toner.. these are good and under 1000. I think its always better to try few good products that actually work rather than using products that dont work at all... I never make content for the sake of making them. I ensure that the products I introduce have actually worked on mentioned skin condition. Some of these products I have been buying and using from years.

Maam i strted using Salicylic acid Cleanser in sept . Before it i used to apply adapalene gel 0.1 . And vit c ascorbyl glucoside by Ordinary and HA serum and Niacinamide serum by ordinary . And i never breakout . But now as i strted using sA cleanser in my am and pm's .my skin break outs and also after cleansing .. whn i apply Ha serum . It stings n burns my skin for secs or mins . Is it due to SA cleanser ? Did i damage my skin barrier??? Plz tell me . Which product shud i stop ( vit c, nia , ha , adapalene gel or SA cleanser ) ? And which one should i stick to ? I also hve NMf by ordinary .
Also can i use neutrogena hydro boost cleanser ?? Is it good for damaged skin to repair its barrier ???
When can I start applying vitamin c after treatment for damage skin?
start it only when your skin barrier is completely restored.. maybe after a month or so..!!

Hi up to 4-5% is fine, try to avoid above 5%.

I am very sorry for this... but affordability is a subjective term and if you are on budget try the formularx barrier cream and loreal HA serum as a toner.. these are good and under 1000. I think its always better to try few good products that actually work rather than using products that dont work at all... I never make content for the sake of making them. I ensure that the products I introduce have actually worked on mentioned skin condition. Some of these products I have been buying and using from years.
