      You make it, it is easy, put ginger, sugar and filter water in a small jar like the video, everyday add small amount of sugar and ginger to it, after 7 days, you will see bubble ( fermented) - That is your ginger bug.
      You can search it to look for a specific formula but the principle is the same.

      It's fermented ginger in water and sugar its like sourdough starter

      @@brianjones3191 Naebothr, a tried it for the first time couple of weeks ago n tbf it's nice but tastes buch better if you brew normal beer and add ginger to that while brewing instead of just pure ginger.

    ???? Why ice before bottling? Wouldn't that shark or kill any micro organisms?

      You kill It when it's too hot or too cold but if you add It to hot tea it's not bad. You can let the hot tea get colder without adding ice. Usually hot is not good for bacteria and yeast, with cold they can survive but It must not be frozen obviously

      The microorganism in ginger bug are Bacteria (lactobacillus) and yeast
