Had well over 100 bottles at the beginning of the pandemic and within 3-4 months I sold most of my collection and got down to about 15 scents. Felt sooooo good to do it!

@@PerfFume I always purchase D&G Light Blue, Baccarat Rouge 540 (Extrait), Creed’s Virgin Island Water, and Fancy Love by Jessica Simpson. I am now in love with Carat by Cartier after receiving for my birthday last December.

If you haven't checked your thyroid yet, get that done. Fatigue and hair loss were the first signs I noticed that I'm hypothyroid.
Yes I’m at the hospital as we speak haha I’m hoping it’s fine! Maybe just covid fatigue in general and stopping caffeine
Maybe hold on to the Byredo and see if you like it for the summer and wear it more then. Also Eau Tendre reminds me of Mojave Ghost, I was wondering if it does the same for you too ^_^
I just decluttered a bottle I bought for nostalgic reasons as well. I'm very much like you. If I'm not using it, it needs to go.
thank you. I'm glad it's not just me. I wish I could say I truly loved enough to keep a huge collection but that just doesn't sit well with me lol. I begin to feel overwhelmed.
Awe! Chance Eau Tendre EDP is one of my favs! I can't wait to buy it one day. I feel like I'm noticing a pattern where you don't really care for rose spicy or citrusy rose centered perfumes! I feel like Dilena is one of the only ones you like, most of the other ones you never really care for. Like Miss Dior Rose n Roses... I love it, but I feel like you wouldn't... try it out and let me know!
The fact you’ve decluttered Bal D’afrique and Roses Musk, two of my favs of all time (top 5), just goes to show that although Chanel Chance EDP is also in my top 5 of all time, we still have different taste :)
I will note the Bal D’Afrique got worn more when I lived in Arizona, versus now I’m in Washington state. The marigold is so joyous and I love it on much more than on paper.
A few surprises but getting rid of what doesn't serve you will reduce your stress. May the warm weather bring you some calm

Great video iLythia! I can totally understand your reasoning for every fragrance you let go of. Hah, I bought the omnia crystalline at shoppers recently too! My initial impression was similar to yours though I do like it and plan on using it when I just don’t want to smell strong but still want a little something. I find it comforting in the genre of bamboo Gucci. And also not going to lie - it’s probably the most cute-purse-friendly travel atomizer I’ve ever seen. So yeah. It’s staying in my purse as a « in case I forget or need to refresh in summer » perfume (as if I’d forget though?!).
Yes to more reading and meditation 🙏🏼😅 So many of us are in survival-mode burnout.

I felt very much the same way about Byredo Bal D'Afrique and I let it go.
I wouldn’t want to live without Bal d‘afrique! Best Byredo in my opinion ;)
Omnia is one of the only floral/clean scents I can tolerate. Like you said, very inoffensive. Chanel eau tendre is definitely to heavy for me and floral.
Please do a list of fresh clean scents (mainly mainstream designer ones) 😃
I don't like eau tendre either. It's so light yet it makes me nauseous, and that rarely happens to me with perfumes.
The original edt or the newer edp from last year?! Because they are completely different! There is no powdery rose in the original. That one is sweet, fresh. The new one is powdery soapy.
I love the edt, don’t care much for this new edp.

I bought the EDT and I ended up returning it. It reminded me so much of the Daisy perfumes. A year later, I saw the EDP on mercari for a good price so I ended up getting it just to see if I could give it another try. I really ended up liking it and actually got so many compliments on it. I am not sure if I can tell the difference between the edp and edt but I do like it now.
My husband loves bal d’afrique on me, I also prefer other perfumes but I do get a reaction from this one
I had to let Miami Glow go, it smells delicious but doesn't last on me. But I gave it to my mom in case I miss it again haha
Chanel smells nice but i think it can contribute to headaches

I also recently bought Omnia Cristalline for $20 at Shoppers! 😂 And I was also a bit underwhelmed by it... I guess I’ll use it when I go back to the office since it’s so soft and faint (I’m not allowed to wear perfume at work) 🤷🏻♀️
My mother wore Beautiful and also the original Clinique Happy Heart.

The Bal D’afrique would be good for using in the powder room.
I also de-cluttered Hermes Eau de Merveille. It was so hyped up and too strong for a tea perfume, IMO. I am also considering de-cluttering my Mancera Rosses Vanille. I just can’t wear it. I’m holding on to it because of FOMO 🙄
Ugh,I am over obsessing with perfumes!! I've got ten that I love and that's it until finished🙄
It could be iron levels.. get that supplement if it shows up low and maybe some b12?

I bought Chanel Chance Eau tender EDP a while ago and I never reach for it anymore. Just bought Eau Vivre and I think it’s a better fit.
I also like Eau Vive more than eau tendre - it's so bright and happy and classy!!

I don’t care for baldafrique either! I think it is just a hyped perfume on UA-cam but it smells uninteresting and like you said compared to others it is no buenoo

Can you review the MY WAY by armani? I feel it smells like LOVE DONT BE SHY by kilian and those smell like BENEVOLENCE by house of Sillage 🤣 AND THOSE smell 👃🏻 like SINTRA by memo paris .... you should review all of those that I mentioned because i swear they smell similar like they are all dupes of themselves 😒
ALSO : i feel like DELINA smells just like LOVE ROSE VANILLA by bath and body works 😂😂
That disappointed me alot because i dont want to pay for a niche perfume that you can actually find a dupe that smells just like it for 20 dollars when you paid hundreds!!

I blind bought Myrrh & Tonka from Jo Malone London during lockdown, a 50 ml bottle but I cannot stand the smell of it on me. I do not have a platform through which I can actually let anyone who’d appreciate it, have it. Any ideas?
