But besides that, the bulk and the part that draws the most attention to the Balenciaga's, the midsole, is not similar at all to me. I mean no offense, however, I think your scale might be broken/faulty. There is absolutely no way the Triple S weighs 4 pounds per shoe. As a reference you showed a lightweight sneaker that is supposed to weigh 1 pound. These shoes do not weigh a pound per shoe, no way. Other sources confirm that your weight for the Balenciagas is off. I suggest you check your scale with some sort of reference weight. Cheers!

To be honest, I don't like the way these shoes look, especially in that color. However, not everyone has similar tastes. Balenciaga makes really good, high quality shoes that you would have to see in person in order to justify the price. If it were my choice, I would get the Arena high tops which are cheaper and won't become obsolete in a year.
