This is the very beautiful Al Khayma camp with five Michelin stars in the Al Aweer desert of Dubai, a camp that has been set up in the heart of the desert with wonderful amenities and tourism, and there are very good and attractive programs going on in it. In fact, it can be said that the purpose of setting up this beautiful camp is to familiarize tourists and even local people with the authentic experiences of living in the desert and showing the lifestyle in ancient times, as well as getting to know more about Emirati and Arab cuisine, which was designed in the best possible way. Every day many visitors and tourists visit this beautiful camp.
Al Khayma camp has different and very cool parts, such as riding camels or feeding them, which is a very interesting experience, I definitely suggest you try it. From the various programs that are held, such as the famous Ragag bread, as well as Lokma, which is a type of Arabic sweet, and the traditional bread made by local women, the ragag bread with Omani chips and cheese. Local dances and Arabic music, around the fire, hookah and Arabic tea and coffee with dates are another part of the attractions of this camp. They also do various other activities such as henna tattoos, and you can also wear local and traditional clothes, and one of the beautiful things to do here is to see beautiful handicrafts.
But another important part of the camp, which was Mr's favorite part, was the food part. There was a large grill where they prepared grilled chicken and meatballs, and they also had a large buffet with Emirati, Arabic and Moroccan dishes, and in 2022, they won a Michelin star. About the items of this complete buffet, I must say that in the Moroccan food section, there was Tajin, minced meat with sweet rice, which is actually the national dish of Morocco, there were a variety of desserts, fruit salad, halva, Moroccan sweets, and the Umm Ali dessert, which was very good. The Emirati food section, had Emirati chicken, pasta, a dish similar to Persian Tas kebab that had carrots, cabbage, Omani lemon and potatoes, chicken majboos, hummus, fattoush salad, all of which were very delicious. The very important thing about the food of this camp was that it was unlike other camps that I had been to before and the quality of the food of Al Khayma camp was really a masterpiece and extremely delicious.

I don't know how it feels to be away from Iran. Exciting, adventurous, encountering profound people from around the world 🌎. Yes, missing home, concerned about home... I live in exile from my home country, even on the fastest flight, 11 hours away from home and I miss the food, landscape, music, architecture, and interior... I do. I hope successful Persian people will come visit you in Dubai. I hope so.
I'm definitely coming to Dubai with my Japanese chef influencers and do a joint gourmet week with local chefs in Dubai and international. Perhaps we will have the entire dinner cooked in a hotel restaurant and have it served on lay back sofas outside under the sky.
Perhaps we can do, Persian, Emirates, French and Japanese fusion dinner course with 48 bite size items (25% would be forced to be joint fusion recipes for the event only and give them names of a galaxy or nebula, name of rocket or ISS, international sea exploration site or project or the name of the wife of a scientist or explorer ) at the buffet and 12 traditional main dishes served at the tables.
Invite children poets with eco themes, healing music good for digestion, English spoken cultural comedies, innovative farming engineers, methane and carbon Net Zero developers, sustainable city planners, net zero architects, ethical interior designers, high recycling audio visual systems, conservationists, forest builders, aqua cycle experts, oceanographers, marine biologists, Sir David Attenborough, Liz Bonin, Nan Hauser, deep sea explorers, Earth science theme artists including animation studios, eco yacht builders, space science engineers, space physicists, sustainable economists, and sustainable development green banks.
Everybody brings a sponsor or two and a luxury item to be auctioned. Auction items will be in display the entire event with final bitter's photo in display and on website, UA-cam and where the money was designated to go, fees for world class auctioneer travel will be deducted, the rest will go to a sustainable development project still in the making and sustainable development academic full scholarships and documentary film to go with it.
Guests must arrive by clean energy. Train, solar cars, E-vehicles, sailboats, hydrogen engine and we will document their experience.
This should be a Thursday arrival, Friday travel adjustment, Saturday a main events day, Sunday make friends activities visiting sustainable farms and PhD researches in UAE, Monday interviewing and documenting why they came, exchanging information, what each server, cook, prep cook, chef, farmer, fisherman, sommelier took away from it. Video tape each chef how to make one of the dishes, publish the entire event.
