Sorry to be so offtopic but does any of you know a method to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly forgot my account password. I would love any tricks you can give me!
@Cristian Jeremy thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Yes , that will be second step once mapped failure mode. Example. Identify failure mode against that map S and O. after that in detection you can right corrective majors taken by you which reduced detection.
Sir two doubts- 1) for what time period occurence data is collected to calculated . For eg - last one week rejection data or last one month rejection data. 2) if component is not under production and is at prelaunch stage, how we get occurence data because we have no data related to rejections . 3) above which RPN number . we have to take recommended action .
Bro FMEA is a live document so it is running with product until product active. So if your part is new then you shlod have at least data of PPAP Lot. Lot size may be 300 Nos. for 8 hour production or specified by the customer. At initail stage we only consider general failure modes if there might be other different failure occurres then it would be add to List. We can consider top 20-30 % High RPN failures or specified by customer policy it is most likely 150-200 or more
@@AskMechnologyThanks sir for reply and sir , point no.1 - For component running in production , occurence data i.e. rejection data is calculated for what time period.... Last one week, last one month , last one year . Any standard related to this.
@@AskMechnology thank you sir..Nestle technical trainie ke liye mech ka konsa department prepare karna padega?..I assumed it to be maintenance. What are your thoughts and suggestions?
It depend upon product. example if it is used in oil gas industry then RPN cut off is always less. vehical industry deals with human so engine components has very low RPN
Risk priority number...when you multiply severity*occurance*Detection then a number comes so we sort that in descending order for all potential failures and then we start targetting from topmost or we apply Pareto 80/20 to focus on major x's
Much better than Quality Hub India channel explanation.
Mujhe bhi yhi lgta h yrr

Very nice explanation thank you sir
My dear friend. The whole description is fine but useless without an example. Therefore, please include a case study for better understanding.
Nice information really helpful
So what should be acceptable range of RPN...????
Very good explanation bro
Nice sir.. You are helpful for us... Sir may you provide a vedio on PFD
Sure give me your email address

Thanks buddy 👍
Thank you sir ......
Thank you
Severity ranking also can change by doing the design modification. ......

Any standard related to this.
@@mohitpahwa3787 There is no standard but you should have at least last one month data for analysis
@@mohitpahwa3787 you are confused between FMEA and PPAP.
Good job
Bhut achha
Sir.. Kya ye video interview ke liya kaafi hoga agar maintenance related questions puche to? (for Nestle- technical trainie mechanical)
Bilkul help hogi, baki jitna sikho utna km hai, best of luck

What is class. & How to decide
Sir what is bottleneck?
Why S×O×D is multiply to get rpn value?
Yes . it vary by company to company. some has RPN=S*O*D and some has RPN=S+O+N
Sir RPN maximum kitna hona chahiye air minimum kitna hona chahiye..?
0 to 100
It depend upon product. example if it is used in oil gas industry then RPN cut off is always less.
