Biscuts and sausage gravy is my favorite breakfast ever! This just made my mouth water! 😅
I always make homemade biscuits and gravy. To make the gravy, cook the ground beef.. or goose in your case to a brown. Once brown use 4 tbsp of flower and then i always just put regular milk in until it is almost covering the meat. stir occasionally until it is thick. there's your gravy!
Buttermilk biscuits. Those flakey layers go hard but a good homemade buttermilk biscuit thats still warm and soft with some gravy on top. Thats the way to go. Buttermilk biscuits are super simple to make too!

The way I make my sausage gravy is brown the sausage which will
Leave grease in the bottom of the pan add flour mix it up till the sausage is all clumped together from the flour then add milk slowly and mix it till you get the consistency you want. Make some homemade biscuits or if you want to make it quick or for a big group just get grands southern home style biscuits. Super easy and everyone loves it
