Wow! Your reaction… it’s… I mean… you two are… like… two valley girls explaining how fire works. Your comments after (not) hearing the song (in one ear and mono???) were more insightful and entertaining. It is all about communication, isn’t it… and perception. But being Band-Maid fans, all is forgiven and I’m looking forward to your next B-M reaction.
The sentence Saiki sings sums up my view of the song and video. I don't mind if Band Maid produce an entire album in this style as it makes a departure from their usual style. The B side to this single the song is called Screaming, which is their usual genre.

They're around five bucks, and you would need another set of ear buds, but I think you would find it's worth it.
As it is you're each only hearing one stereo channel and missing half of the music.
BAND-MAID often has the members on separate channels, so one of you might be missing out on the bass for instance.
If we have both ears covered we wouldn't be able to hear what the other person is saying 😋
Also Kevin has been pre downloading the videos and changing the music to mono so we hear all of it in each ear.
That's a smart workaround. : )
OK, that makes sense.
I can usually hear other people when I have ear buds in unless the music is cranked up crazy loud, but I can see that might not be true for everyone.
That is a most peculiar thing for the two ladies to say. I can have full over the headphones and hear the person talking next to me and hold a conversation while the music is audible in the background and I am not unique with this.

I lover Band Maid but this song isn't really my cup of tea. It's too soft rock for me. I absolutely love their hard rock. They do it so well. One thing I do like about this song is they keep that badass hard rock attitude even though it is a soft rock song.
lol they wanted to make a song thats easier for the general public to sing in karaoke. so they end the song with "I dont give a f@#!" lmao
It is an understatement. Worst BM song in the last years.
"Worst" is subjective to taste just like some people dont like daydreaming and others say its a masterpiece
