I love the new Buick badge as well as the art-deco touches. Lincoln dipped their toe into mid-century modern design with their recent production vehicles. I would love to see Buick incorporate the bits of curved chrome and acrylic and embrace the art-deco jet-age features. Those rear lights are fantastic, as is the entire interior.
All those fun futuristic technology things including EVs will be like in the sci fi movies like Total Recall, Demolition Man, CyberPunk, Blade Runner, Robocop and Terminator. Very exciting and fun things.
That roof opening is going to be great in the rain.

This is exactly a "modern classic" in every sense of the word. Its what Buick would have built in the 60's if the 60's had 2020 tech and materials. JUST WOW. I mean this is what we have been missing all these decades. THIS!

The "reset" for auto brands is not just design. They have an ability to re-invent the brand as if it were a start up. Even brand reputation has to start over. By the way, the new badge looks like a "wildcat" claw mark 😁

Nothing they release will look anything like this. Buick always drops amazing concept cars and then goes on to make their usual geriatric designs anyway.

Buick getting better design themes than Cadillac. Someone needs to switch the portfolios.
The last concept that Buick had was soundly shot down because it was also a coupe and the powers-that-be knew that would be as popular as the Black Plague and so just as well.
Reminds of the bobtail chrysler crossfire. Please just electrify the Avista coupe concept!
Nice looking but has style cues from the Ford Gt at the front and a wild take on the Volvo C30 at the back with regards to lights and glass...
That's a nice looking Buick electric car. I'm a big fan of EV stuff and futuristic technology stuff. Everything will be like in the sci fi movies that are about futuristic things. What if there will be Buick Wildcat EV police cars? Robocop will like to drive one. What if somebody that are like The Terminator will like to drive EVs?

The back is squatty compared to the front.
if only they BUILT the concept cars they show. They did one a few years ago that got everyone excited but it never shows up in the show room. Sad

I wish BUICK WOULD ACTUALLY BUILD THESE AWESOME DESIGNED VEHICLES...BUT...THEY NEVER DO!! Buick Avista...is one example of a NON-BUILD!! G.M., GET YOUR MANURE TOGETHER!!
I thought the same thing the USA should just get out of the automotive business altogether. Their lack of passion (except the Viper and Fords GT) is stultifying.

This might just be the most beautiful concept car I've ever seen.
I'll take a guess that the roof design lifting won't make production. I live in an area where it rains, and I don't want the roof lifting in the rain. The pedals seem too close together as well. Spread them apart more. Some nice looking features otherwise.

Doubt any 'car' models hit the US for Buick, and that car has almost 0 chance of being sold there. The US is not far from offering just 2 model styles: xUVs, and trucks (mostly crew-cab/dinky bed)
The sad thing about GM concepts are that 99% of the concept are so impractical, 99% of it never makes it to prototype. Just like the 1st Buick Wildcat back in 1988.

Lol, you all know its not gonna look like this - In the end it will will like 90's 2 door version of a Buick century.
Gm sold on SUV's and pick-ups! This 'concept vehicle' will never see the road!!
So a car company that only makes suvs made a sports coupe for its concept vehicle. Lovely. Also, it's Buick, so essentially very little of the sleek aggressiveness will show up in anything, just like the last concept they made (which was also supposed to make them hip and aggressive). They will make stodgy nursing home suvs with a slightly pointer grille and rear window line.

Absolutely beautiful but it's also sad that when the vehicle comes out it will look uglier than this. Just like ALL concepts do.
Sell it with a Ferrari Tesla Bugatti price, tag with a limited number & you might make a profit
It is a bit angular for the Chinese market (which is really the only reason they exist), isn't it? The roof won't make it to production, neither will the side mirrors and the headlights. The three color badge appears to light up which wouldn't be legal in the US. I love it but I imagine it will be closer to an Aston that had sex with a Jelly Belly by the time it gets anywhere near production.
