Haven’t seen you this ecstatic over a coffee in a while! Tasting wheel even speaks for itself. I got a sample of a July roast and it was so lovely I was getting tons of bright strawberry acidity with a sweet tangerine finish. I did feel that I didn’t push the coffee hard enough but luckily I have 2 more doses of an August roast.

Definitely consider yourself lucky to have those samples, this one at its best is a stunner. There's usually a few coffees each year that we rate this highly and it's always such a joy to review them. Credit to H&S again, doing amazing work

Had a lot of difficulty with slow draw downs on this coffee. Excited to try it again if I have the chance.

Doesn't surprise me at all given how light the coffee is roasted. Hope you get another chance because of how much beauty this one offers. Cheers ☕️

@@Pawel-D amazing what a coffee is capable of when all the pieces come together like that

I’ve been patiently waiting the suggested 30 day resting time for this coffee…. Almost there can’t wait to try it.

I saved $9 by getting the bourbon over this... Mistakes were certainly made

      Oof, yeah.....
Think a lot of people enjoyed the Deborah Bourbon, but this one has had some immensely positive feedback from what we've heard as well. On paper, it was tough to select one initially as they both sounded good.

Why do you always review Coffee’s that are not available anymore?

It's not by choice, unfortunately a lot of coffees we purchase sell-out within a few minutes to a few days. There are exceptions, but, couple with the fact that *most* coffees require minimum 14 days of rest and 24 days to go through a review, and very few coffees remain available in that timeframe. That's why the COTM exists and we've been attempting to promote more coffees as they are available in preparation for upcoming reviews
