No one asked but, I started off reading with the dork diaries and the wimpy kid series in sixth grade, then i slowly got into percy jackson and harry potter series in 7th and 8th grade. In 9th i started reading true crime and the ones which dealt with serious topics, like it ends with us, a good girl's guide to murder and all. One year later i discovered Chetan Bhagat's books in my school library and read em non-stop, mainly because of the easy writing style. Now that I'm in 10 grade, i read more of fiction and murder mystery books of authors like Agatha Christie, Holly Jackson etc. I will certainly look into the books that you have recommended and try to get out of my comfort zone.

Wonder is one my favourite books i ever read the Julian chapter is just awesome and literally make me cry when Julian atlast feel remorse. Btw I have already guessed this gonna be in list bcz i didn't see it behind of your bookshelf 😊

I don’t read horror myself but you can try The Shining or Salem’s Lot by Stephen King. For sci-fi you can try The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy by Douglas Adams.
