Just want to ask you one thing 2.5 kg k hisab se premix 850-900g hona chahiye, description me 700g hai for 2.5 kg, and upar cake k decoration me cream bhi kam laga hai , isliye pucha

Thank you dear ❤️ container 8 inch ka flat use kiya hai meine aur zada height nhi chaiye customer ko tall cake tin hota toh 750 gm to 800 gm taak mein premix leti fir 2.5kg cake ..lekin cake tin flat liya hai aur container bada hai islye meine 700 gm premix use kiya hai premix 100 gm se 50 gm taak zada kaam ho jata hai jaab aap cake tin ka size tall ya flat lete ho..cream meine next morning bhi phir se lagayi hai aur Ganache ki filling se cake weight mein bhi zada hota hai aur each layer Cake slice ki aachi quantity mein cut ki hai baki rest decoration cream ke sath aur Ganache ke sath joh ki hai meine.
