Heartbreaking. The sons are so young. Love her message. This was raw and pure from the heart. I’m sure she will pass on his legacy to her boys and his many life lessons. They must be so confused.

Maybe trooper Pelletier will stop pulling over people for something as silly as "not wearing seat belts" on a busy highway in the future.

He won't be pulling anyone over ever again . For your information, the police dept just issued a new requirement, that said they had to start pulling people over for not wearing their seatbelt. How can you be such a jerk, and act like it's his fault for being killed. He was just doing his job. Calling him a money grubbing cop is disgusting,and shows you have no empathy or compassion. In other words you're a real idiot.
