When you first got this guitar i was really confused by the pickup combination especially regarding its balance. I think you made the right choice by going with the double goldfoil pickups. Now it's a really balanced sound guitar. Am i right that those goldfoil pickups are the "Teisco" variant? Will you try other variants by Mojo? If i remember right, they do a "DeArmond" style soapbar that would fit in there.
Joe, I would really appreciate if you would suggest a mini humbucker vendor. Replacing those that are on my new Epiphone Crestwood. Rather not go with Seymour Duncan. Thanks.
