Love those videos. I remember when they used to send out the factory tours dvds when Keisel used to be Carvin and before everything was on UA-cam. I those videos they also showed the cnc routing, which still mesmerizing, even to this day.
A vertical CNC Wood Milling, Machining Center! I used to machine aircraft parts on Toshiba 4 axis CNC Machining Centers ( 25 tool bin) Much slower for titanium and nickel colbalt! I would dream of constructing a CNC mill for wood... To make solid body electric Guitars! You beat me to it! I'm gonna order a Keisil now for sure. Because of your necks & selection of woods. Thanks.
Router bits don't get sharpened, it would reduce the cutting diameter and your toolpaths would become unreliable. Instead, they calculate their feedrate, spindle RPMs, and cutting depths with a target chip load in mind that will remove a healthy amount of material to maximize the heat dissipation from the bit without feeding too much and creating too much resistance/chattering. That's how the cuts are so clean and the router bits have a long healthy life before dulling.
I love the way the Vader looks but I'm concerned with how it, especially the trem model, would work for me as I play mostly sitting down in the classical position.
Please tell those guys to make me a ramp in between my pick ups, it’s a multi scale base so it will have to be on a weird angle, but they’re giving me trouble about it
THAT WAS SUCH SICK PLAYING!!!

I've been working in a machine shop for 16 years and this shit STILL mesmerizes me!
@@Kylora2112 That is really awesome. I took some basic manual machining and cnc mill courses and have much respect for the trade.

So I should get my guitar in ... 30 minutes?
That’s obviously fast forwarded. That’s 12-16 weeks in real time lol

No, less than 30 mins you will have it..
Thanks for that 👍 it’s great to see people’s dreams come alive
Hey thanks for posting this! It's total ASMR.
how do you avoid tearout with flamed patterns? great video!
It's time to order a new bass after i check out what's new at Kiesel custom git-fiddles.
More like this please !!
how often do you sharpen the bits to make such clean cutting.

Beautiful finishing
Can we get more of these?
This is so relaxing
I've been drooling over a Vader for the past two months and this doesn't help (.. it does though doesnt it... yes).
Hello. may i know the bits that you do. thank you
@1:39 sounds like the intro of “My Mind is Gone” by ZZ Top 😂😂
Pretty damn efficient
More cnc vids please!
We. Need. MORE!
Now that’s the fukn new higher level of things here. Very cool. Cheers beers guys❤

God I can't imagine how much a CNC like that would cost. I need one
I thought I heard around 50k.
@@ccchicken8889 and this... Is why I'm going into electrical. So I can afford one XD
You can have one almost like this for around $2500. I believe they're called Blue Elephant ;)
@@ANCAPVoluntaryistI think quite a bit more than that. These are HAAS CNC machines. From what I heard they’re among the best you can buy right now.
Do one of CS6 OR CS3. Thanks.
Best 4 minutes I've spent today 😂
Great design
love my vader 👍
That machine saves an insane amount of human calories. Truly the future.
Wow that is super awesome 💀🤘
